Dryer Emergency

We received a flow sensor error on our new dryer. My husband suspected that our dryer exhaust vent was the problem. I quickly found Dryer Emergency and gave them a call. Mary was very responsive and sent George out the same day. We approved a quote in the evening and George completed the job the next day. My husband is very happy with the increased airflow. My call requesting a service visit was returned quickly and an appointment scheduled for right after New Year's. The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He did a great job cleaning the massive amount of lint out of the duct and replacing the thermal unit. The cost was fair -- slightly higher than I'd anticipated, but worth it to have my dryer working again! I would definitely use Dryer Emergency in the future.

I recently called Dryer Emergency because my clothes were drying slowly and I found condensation in my dryer hose. They responded quickly, and Ruslan arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He quickly determined that the condensation was happening because my dryer vent was clogged on my roof - and more importantly, at some point an incorrect dryer vent cap had been installed.

Ruslan clearly explained the problem with my incorrect cap - based on his advice, I decided to move forward with replacing the vent cap to permanently improve the performance of my dryer. Ruslan was able to source a new vent cap that day and completed the installation quickly, taking care to ensure the new vent was properly sealed on the roof. Since then, I have seen a tremendous improvement in my dryer - clothes are dry in half the time as before, and I have not found any further condensation coming from the dryer vent. I would absolutely call Dryer Emergency again for any issues with my dryer in the future.

I contacted Dryer Emergency on Sunday and was able to get an appt the next day. George came out and was able to fix my issue. He was prompt and very knowledgeable and so far so good. It's an older dryer but seems that I'll be able to get a few more miles out of it.

I had had a horrible experience with another company. George came out yesterday and figured out that my supposedly brand new heating element was defective because it was an old heating element that it is soldered back together. He did not have one on hand, but they had one in the office. He returned today and repaired the dryer. It is working perfectly. They charged $100 less than the other company. George was respectful, polite, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

The dryer in my rental unit stopped e working and I needed repair ASAP. I reached out to these guys (based on the stellar Yelp reviews, of course) through the Yelp request a quote on a weekend and was able to connect with them to make an appointment for Monday.

On Monday, I received a text when the tech was on his way, and a call when he had finished looking at the dryer. Turns out it was a pretty standard fix and he has the part so he could make the repair the same day. I authorized the cost and repair, and a few hours later, the part was fixed and the dryer was back in operation! Excellent service, fast and reliable.

The only reason I took off one star is because I asked if the part/service has a warranty and was told they only guarantee the work for a couple months (I think it was 60 or 90 days). I would have preferred a year of security given the cost of the repair.

Our dryer was experiencing loud noises. We called Dryer Emergency and they came to the rescue. Our drum rollers was replaced on our LG dryer in an hour in a half. This was a great experience! We will definelty use this company again!
