Franklin Shuttle

We had a wonderful experience utilizing Frank Lin's shuttle service from SF to Napa and back. I called 5 different companies and Frank's quote was the best by far. We had some private tastings arranged for 8 of us on a Sunday from 930a and ended up returning at 830p. Frank was very understanding with us going 4 hours over on the time. He was so patient with my rambunctious family and he helped us carry the several cases of wine we purchased. The Mercedes shuttle van was impeccable, plus all 8 of us sat very comfortably the entire time. I would definitely recommend his service and will use him again for my next trip.

During the pandemic, you can't beat the convenience and safety of a private shuttle.

We are multiple repeat customers, asking Frank anytime we are in town and need his help. He is always on time and professional, and he can communicate well by email and text. This time we used his services for SFO airport and SFO-Levi's Stadium. While all limo services cost more than before COVID, his rates are competitive.

On time. Professional. Clean sprinter van. Perfect way to get to and from Levi's stadium. Highly recommended.

I checked the prices on their website. $79 to go from Pittsburg, CA to the Oakland Airport. When I called for a reservation, the man told me the prices were 20 years old and it was be over $400 dollars, because the the early hour of the flight. Nope.

Absolute scam! Used them for a wedding and spent thousands. Blackmailed for more at the end of our wedding. Never use this company, they will extort you mid trip.

I am SO embarrassed that I booked Franklin Shuttle service for my employees taking a work trip to San Francisco. I was MORTIFIED to hear the stories of bad (dangerous) driving and completely inappropriate treatment of the passengers including being very grabby towards a female passenger. Completely unacceptable.

It wasn't the best on the booking end either, but I honestly thought it was just a language barrier. He didn't know the difference between and invoice and a receipt...

A flight was delayed, so I called at 4:30 PM (4 hours before our scheduled 8:30 PM pick up time) to ask if he could move the pick up time to 9:30 PM. He aggressively argued with me that I would have to pay his driver for an extra hour, since he was already at the airport (again, this is 4 hours early) so we agreed to an up-charge to pay the driver.

Overall, just an awful experience.

While in San Francisco my family used their services 3 times- airport to hotel, hotel to cruise terminal, and cruise terminal to airport.
He gave me a great rate for all 3 times. I have 2 parents in a wheelchair and his shuttles were comfortable and easy for them to get in and out of. There was plenty of room for all of our luggage, 6 people, plus a walker and 2 foldable wheelchairs.
The shuttle arrived on time and usually a few minutes early for each of our trips.
I would use them again when we return to San Francisco.

We hired Franklin Shuttle to transport people to and from our host hotel to the wedding venue for our wedding and they did a great job. They showed up on time in a clean van and got everyone where they were supposed to go.

Booked Franklin shuttle for a last minute trip to Napa. This service is great! The driver was early, super nice, and was okay with waiting for the rest of our party to get there. During our 8 hour block, we were able to visit 3 wineries (which for our group, was more than enough wine!). The shuttle is pretty massive (fits about 14-15 people) and had more than enough space for our 10 person group. For 8 people, it was a base price of $400, and then $25 for each additional passenger. Decent deal for an 8 hour trip to Napa valley.

Also, possibly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I happened to leave my sunglasses in the shuttle. The owner of the company has been really good about contacting me to determine when he could drop them off wherever I am!

Two thumbs up!! I had a group of 11 (out of town family) wanting to go to the movies. I was able to book a shuttle roundtrip from our hotel to the theater. We were able to all stay together and didn't have to mess with Black Friday parking at the mall. It was a great family outing and the shuttle was reasonably priced. Thank you Frank Lin!!

Frank has been incredibly patient and helpful with our large family trip and transfer to the airport. I have never traveled with my entire family and parents, so was a little stressed out, Frank let me know the options for the shuttle to SFO and pickup and planned out multiple pickups and drop-offs. I give him 5 stars and we have not even gone on the trip yet as so many vendors are not responsive or understanding.

Credit card for deposits but cash for the ride.
