The technicians - Oleg and Sam were on time, courteous, tidy, and knowledgeable. Thankfully they had the needed part and fixed my washer promptly. I'd say the appointment from diagnostics to repair was under 30 minutes.
I highly recommend Hi-Tech Appliance Repair.

Courteous, personable, highly skilled, great knowledge of all things appliances. He fixed our dishwasher 30 minutes, was quick, taught me a lot and did a thorough job. Thanks Alex.

Friendly and professional. Easy to schedule a time to look at my washing machine. On site, was able to diagnose the problem within 3 minutes. Explained that I'd be better off buying a new machine due to the extensive internal damage. And, since that was the outcome, kindly waived the dispatch fee (also made sense since they're right down the street!).

Two technicians came to evaluate the issue, and seemed extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They were really helpful in explaining what's wrong with it and possible next steps.

While we ultimately decided not to get it repaired, we really appreciated his responsiveness and the time he spent explaining possible issues. Hi-Tech came out today to work on my range hood and did not repair it. They figured out that there was some oil/grease in the switch, and were able to get everything working without replacing parts. Not only that, they did not charge me for the visit. Amazing customer service!!!
