We got the insulation installed for both attic and crawl space by Insulation alliance. We had a positive experience overall and they were able to finish the work pretty fast. They were also very patient in explaining and answering questions. Their quote was also very competitive compared to other companies. They also took care of Bayren rebate application and I received my rebate check as well. I would definitely recommend Insulation alliance for any insulation related work.

I had five different companies come out to do estimates on insulating our attic. I chose insulation Alliance for a number of reasons.

They were extremely professional, explained their entire process, and provided a very detailed estimate with pictures of our existing insulation. Their pricing was extremely fair and competitive, great communication, they did not pressure us at all. As well they offered a company BayRen Home+ that provides energy rebates for qualifying work, which this project qualified for.

Their crew came on time, worked extremely efficiently, did great work, and left our home spotless. I would highly recommend them for your insulation needs!

I'm the type of person who has a spreadsheet for everything. My spreadsheet for insulation and sealing for my 1890s Victorian was comprehensive, looking at review counts, ratings, years in business, licenses, BBB, Google, Yelp - you name it.

In the end, I shortlisted the top five companies, Insulation Alliance being one of them.

After capturing all the quotes Insulation Alliance was right in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing, but it was clear they were ahead of the others:
-Clear communication both via email and phone calls
-Responsive to inquiries and changes, even allowing me to select which specific model fan I wanted in my attic
-Spent the time to explain the tradeoffs of different approaches

On the day of, the crew showed up on time and made short order of our two attic spaces, sealing both, putting blown in cellulose in one and fiberclass in the roof of another, and installing a temperature controlled Smart attic fan.

The crew put down protective floor covering, plastic sheeting and cleaned up after themselves.

They were incredibly responsive to feedback and made the process a breeze. I'd consider them for any future insulation needs.

A quick job and I wasn't even present! I had my ceilings insulated and my downstairs neighbors did as well.

I appreciated how they had a technician come and give a comprehensive quote, and followed up. They shared everything ahead of time and were professional. We had 900 sq. ft. insulated for $3.8K and found that the quote and pricing was fair.

The only few complaints I would have:
1. When the insulators arrived they said they needed a parking space, but no one ever told me this ahead of time. We ended up scrambling and asking our neighbor if we can use their space
2. After the insulators left, some of the furniture was left in weird positions and I spent 1 hr fixing everything
3. I wish I knew the level of severity about the holes in the ceiling, which were pretty unsightly. It's been a hassle trying to find a painter to cover it up.

Hired Umar to do a vaulted ceiling insulation. Very knowledgeble, the ceiling job came out so well and room stays cool. minor concern while drywall finishing but Umar worked to close this problem and understood our concerns, Will hire them back for the xterior wall projects at a later date. Highly recommend Umar!

El and Ulmar came by to provide a quote. After that everything went smoothly. The team showed up as scheduled and did a great clean job. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

Umar and the entire Insulation Alliance team were a joy to deal with. They were on time, on budget, thorough and attentive. Communication was up front and clear, and the price was extremely competitive. The team immediately fixed all of the (minor) issues that I pointed out, and the insulation and sealing had an immediate and major effect on the energy efficiency of our HVAC. The BayREN rebate came through as promised, too. Attic and crawlspace insulation is a tough job, and I am very grateful to the Insulation Alliance team for taking care of it for us in a professional manner.

I recently hired these folks to insulate my attic and replace the ducts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, efficient, and completed the job on time. I don't usually post reviews, but these guys are awesome! All starting with Dee's patience, thoroughness, and great information for the quote: both on the phone and in person. I was impressed by his honesty on good and bad experiences with curved ceilings and plaster, and how they handled previous hiccups. I don't tend to trust folks that feel they can do no wrong. They quoted the job would be done in 3 days--it was done in 2! And our curved ceilings and all ceilings look like they have never even been touched! They were very courteous and hard working, and really respected our home. They also were able to work around two inside cats, even had patience when said cats got loose for a minute. We got noise cancelling insulation sprayed in as with a house from 1920s both us and our neighbors could hear everything before. They suggested and used a great product and we have seen a significant difference! We'd say probably a 80-85% reduction in noise from talking and everyday noises (including upstairs fans and laundry), which is so welcomed! We would highly recommend Insullation Alliance! It was worth every penny and they were super easy to work with!
