The best service ever. Seriously the best service I've ever received. They arrive on time, respond promptly, and are super friendly. I'll forever be a client.

My service request was to check and repair gas range which recently triggered carbon monoxide alarm. PG&E emergency was called and they recommended calling appliance technician to adjust oven's air flow. So I did call M&R, which was a mistake.
Well, to begin with, M&R's technician apparently did not understand the difference between carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2). He was claiming that "every oven produces carbon monoxide when working". So we could not have a productive conversation how to repair anything. On top of that he did not have functioning gas sensor. So why did you come here then?
I was happy to pay whatever the visit fee and get rid of him. Waste of time.

My dishwasher was not working and I called Mitchell to fix it. He promised to come next day morning. Next morning, he promised 40 mins (exact time) and when I called to check up after an hour, he started shouting at me not to hurry him. Then he got angry and cancelled wasting an entire day for me.

Extremely rude and unreliable. Literal waste of time. I really think that I avoided a bullet because his attitude would only have caused more issues down the line.

Knowledgeable, and thorough with our Fridge/Freezer repair. If we have any other issues with our appliances, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mitchell.

Mitchell was very professional and explained everything. He fixed our dryer within the hour that included part and labor of $250. He showed us the thing that was damaged by the prior repair person and cleaned up the vents and unit.

It's hard to find somebody who is local, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. My family and I will use them in the future for any of our repairs. I support small business owners, and especially ones that are professional and on time.

I called M&R Repair to inquire about HVAC repair/maintenance. When they picked up my call they made it seem like I called the wrong number and the customer service was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the reason I was calling.

The rep on the phone ended up just hanging up on me without warning when I asked if he could list the HVAC services they provided. I didn't call back nor did I receive a call back.

M&R Repair to the rescue again! I had a furnace issue, called M&R Repair, as I've done for any of my furnace or water heater issues, and the rep was here in 40 mins! He identified the problem and resolved the issue quickly! I can't recommend M&R Repair enough! Fantastic service always! Thank you M&R Repair!

Came and took a look at our washing machine which ended up I used too much soap and that's why it was leaking ‍ Didn't charge for coming out with him and a helper! Very appreciative!

I called Mitchell regarding my dishwasher. He stopped by my place and was able to quickly find the problem.
