Used them to ship my car from north NJ to Austin, TX. Pickup and delivery were both on time. Upon delivery, the driver arranged for us to meet up at a Target parking lot (as they needed big parking space to unload the car from trailer). Car was covered in dust but free from any damage. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.

Hi, Shaoxiang: thank you for choosing us to transport your vehicle. Our drivers pickup and deliver to all 48 states and we also ship to Hawaii and Alaska via ship. I'm glad that you were able to utilize our NJ to TX service and if you ever need to ship again, we'll be here!
Thank you,

Can't say enough about how happy I am with MoveAuto. Used them to transport a vehicle from southern California to eastern Florida. Due to a delay, pick up of the car could not occur until one day after we were going to be on the road. MoveAuto made arrangements for our car to be picked up and stored until the transport was available. Even with that delay, the car beat us to Florida, arriving ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be more satisfied!!

MoveAuto exceeded our expectations! Dmitry was our driver and he had great communication. He texted the day before pick up and kept me updated along the route. The estimated delivery date was 4/22 and he delivered it 4/8! The car was delivered in the exact same condition as we sent it. The semi could not get to my mom's house so coordinated with her an alternate location that worked for them both to get the car. Drop off/ pick up was smooth.
If you need a car moved - I highly recommend MoveAuto. They did a great job.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

MoveAuto did another phenomenal job coordinating with the logistics and pairing my vehicle with the perfect driver.
Dave our driver originally started his journey from Florida, picked up vehicles along the East Coast, went to Pennsylvania to pick up mine, made some more stops in Colorado and finally made it to the Bay Area. I really commend his patience and safety in bringing our car out to us. When we spoke to him on his arrival, he was friendly, open and passionate about his job. He shared with us his experience bringing our vehicle from one side of the US to the other.
My wife was so happy to finally receive her car and it arrived in the most pristine condition. I'm glad that we opted for enclosed transport as Dave pointed out that he drove through 2 snow storms on his way from Pennsylvania to the Bay Area. I think the extra fee was well worth it to avoid any damages to our vehicle.
Frankie Chiu was very instrumental and help setup my request from the very start. He was super-responsive to all the questions I sent him through text. I couldn't remember waiting long on getting an answer. He was always there. Jamie was assigned as the coordinator and was in constant contact with Dave and updated me on his location and also provided me with the driver's cell so that I could directly ask him questions and coordinate pickup time.
Overall I'm very satisfied with Moveauto's services, attention to detail, responsiveness and price. It was difficult trying to find any other company out there trustworthy-enough to earn your business and trust. Moveauto is the place to contact for your vehicle-transportation needs.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Rey: wow, I feel like your review, in some iteration or another, is something we would write / provide for our team on how to conduct a successful transport. Thank you! I love the fact that you spoke to our drivers. We work exclusively with two companies on this route that we've worked with for years and you're so spot on: these guys' energy, determination, and professionalism is possibly unmatched. Team drivers really "make miles" as we say in the industry, and it's great when customers don't have delivery restrictions / want their vehicles ASAP.
Patrick and Daniela are a great team. They are linked together so whichever orders Patrick sets up, Daniela does the customer service on. Daniela is extremely on point and detailed, and Patrick is an encyclopedia on the logistics of vehicle relocations. I'm very pleased you had a chance to work with them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this great review, Rey. We'll catch you on the next go around.
-VictorSep 18, 2020Previous reviewI am so happy and glad to have found All American Trucking and Transport recommended by another agency who could not provide me service at the time. It was so difficult trying to find a reputable business who will find someone that will take the utmost care of transporting your precious vehicle from point A-Z. I contacted so many businesses online and received many quotes, but still felt uncomfortable working with those reputable companies and what steered my direction away from them were the across the board mixed-reviews that were truly inconsistent. Not with AATT.
As you can see, their reviews on Yelp have been nothing but stellar. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Connor- he was thorough in his explanation of what to expect for my vehicle and guided me the entire step of the way. Once the vehicle was being picked-up and transported, Daniela Martinez, my logistical coordinator, helped facilitate the rest of the process.
What really surprised me the most was the very, very quick delivery time of my vehicle- as in record-time, unscathed despite it's long journey across the United States (over 3000 miles). I purchased a brand new vehicle that was transported from the far reaches of the country (Vermont) to the Bay Area. I say record-time as the vehicle was picked up on a Saturday and delivered on a Tuesday- a total of 3 days- WOW! I was contacted by text by the drivers who picked up my vehicle and gave me an ETA of when they would be arriving in the area. The communications between me and drivers went well. I was caught in a meeting for work on delivery day and they were able to accomodate me by dropping off all the other vehicles first before they got to me. This was around 4:30pm my time.
The vehicle was handled by 2 nice, young and energetic Russian gents that were contracted out of Massachusetts. I asked them how was the drive, and they said they traded-off driving duties. One drove while the other one slept, explaining why they got to me so quickly. These guys even drove through a challenging snow storm that was almost 2ft high but was able to carve through. I couldn't believe how much stamina and patience these 2 guys had driving that entire distance. Amazing!! My car arrived super-dirty and I had to forego the inspection because of this. Make sure that you contact Daniela and let her know that you marked this on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and they'll let you reinspect within 24hrs. I washed my car and after close inspection, luckily there were no damages (rock chips, scratches, etc.) on the vehicle.
If you're still on the fence about what transport company to go with, I highly recommend AATT. What gave me peace of mind was that I was able to work with a reputable AND local company whom I can get in contact with and in the same time zone. Their pricing was reasonable in comparison with all the other quotes I received. Thanks Patrick and Daniela for a job well done! - Connie F.Danville, CA187427May 4, 2024
Was at first skeptical about auto move companies but happened to find this one and did some research on it. Very trustworthy company and also fast shipping (ships within 2-3 days depending on your location). I was shipping my car from Texas to Bay Area round trip and they all had amazing communication ensuring that my car was en route. Frankie was great and had excellent customer service along with Monica and Kayla. They make sure your car is delivered in good shape and that you check for any damage prior and after delivery. Great price for their service and they don't try to scam you in any way.

ZERO STARS
Once again I continue to give Move Auto ZERO stars. The continuing saga of trying to close out the loose ends of the damage to my car continues.
Per your request Jillian, I have tried to contact you by phone on two occasions. The first time my voicemail was unanswered. The second time, over a week ago, I once again explained the situation to the person Alex who answered. He transferred me to your voicemail because he said you were on the phone. He also said he was going to send you an email. Thx for your help Alex--you tried. Finally I received a text from you on Friday telling me you would "give me a ring" on Monday when you returned. Was I to interpret that ring to be the following Monday (that would be this week), a week from Monday, some Monday next year???? Today is Friday--well beyond Monday and radio silence from you.
So once again I have to say the customer service--specifically at the high management level--is nonexistent. I am out $500 for a deductible I paid for damage to my car that was caused by the transporter Move Auto used. Jillian, your condescending notes to me to use more traditional methods of communication are ridiculous and badgering. My initial methods of communication to Move Auto were telephone calls, emails, certified letters (all of which were refused and returned). How much more traditional does it get. So I turned to YELP to try to give others a heads up for what they may encounter. You told me to use a more traditional method of communication and call which I have done twice. I agree YELP is not the correct forum to deal with the continuing lack of communication and service from you but others need to be aware.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Gail,
It's regrettable that despite our efforts to facilitate communication, there seems to have been a breakdown in understanding. As you know, I did reach out to you on multiple occasions after the rude and condescending voicemails you left, including one acknowledging you missed my calls. We understand that navigating a busy schedule can be challenging, but effective communication is essential in resolving issues efficiently.
Again, we are happy to hear your claim was covered, your vehicle was repaired, and as predicted you did not have to pay the carrier’s $1000 deductible. We learned, (via your previous updated Yelp review) that you paid your own $500 deductible after you chose to utilize your own insurance.
Regarding the deductible, we'd like to again clarify some misconceptions. When filing a claim with the driver’s insurance, no customer will have to pay the driver’s deductible – ever - and this is covered on our end. If you choose to utilize your own insurance for any reason, such as faster claim resolution or whatever the case is, YOUR individual insurance deductible is typically deducted from your claim payout. Your insurance pays you, then subrogates against the driver’s insurance on your behalf. The driver’s insurance deductible will be covered in any case as well as their insurance will still be responsible to pay the claim back to your insurance company. We do not also cover individual personal insurance deductibles when a customer opts to utilize their own insurance, although we do on occasion as a measure of goodwill or special circumstances.
You’ve given us now three one-star reviews, that have been up for months. We would have been happy to reimburse some or all of your deductible given respectful communication, which was my intention when calling you back last week and to put this “saga” as you mentioned to rest. At this point it essential to note that we will not continue to communicate with individuals who engage in hostile, unreasonable, or harassing behavior. We believe in fair and respectful discourse and will continue to uphold these principles in all our interactions. This will be the last response from us.Apr 2, 2024Previous reviewJillian
This comment is in response to your comment dated 4/2/24 on my review of 3/15/24. I have read your perspective on our situation with Move Auto/Progressive. This is in response to your comments.
Interesting that you stated we "chose to communicate with the driver despite being assigned our in-house claims liaison, Mark, as well as communicated directly with Progressive about the deductible, when we could have easily clarified". Your condescending "points worth mentioning" regarding direct vs non-direct communication and your comment that you could have easily clarified the deductible are ridiculous. Jillian, since all the letters were returned because the team member didn't recognize the sender (great business practice), I have to wonder if you read the very detailed outline of communications with Mark and Progressive that took place?
My communication in this situation could not have been any more direct and concise.
If you did read it, you would know that we chose not to communicate with the driver. We told Mark in writing and by phone on multiple occasions that we wanted no further text messages from the driver.
As far as communicating with Progressive...we were contacted by them after Mark filed the claim. We did not initiate. We were TOLD we would have to collect deductible from the driver.
If this could have all been handled as easily as you suggest, why the heck wasn't it??? My car has been repaired and I am out a $500 deductible that I paid at the time I picked up the car. You commented "you do not have to pay the deductible and we would have taken care of that for you". When exactly is that going to happen?
Your comment about the "non-traditional path" taken...I'm assuming you meant that we involved State Farm. My understanding is this happens frequently. I was told by YOUR carriers insurance that I would have to collect $1000 directly from the driver to reimburse us. Really? At NO time did anyone suggest Move Auto was going to take care of anything.
My car is repaired. State Farm
paid the collision center and I am waiting for someone to do the right thing and reimburse me for the deductible. I'd be interested to see where in your "paperwork or website" its stated there is no deductible to us as you stated. That's absolutely the way it should be.
I have to say your response to my review did nothing to make me rethink my initial review of our experience. Again, there was an opportunity to make this right but instead you chose to point out what we should and shouldn't have done to rectify a problem we did not cause. Thankfully we've never had a problem like this. In good faith, we followed the direction of Mark and Brandy at Progressive. My review remains at ZERO stars.Mar 15, 2024Previous reviewCorrection: ZERO stars
We recently moved from California to Arizona. We wanted to transport our NEW 2023 Mercedes C300 with 1,741 miles on it rather than drive. Our moving company, Bekins, suggested we contact MoveAuto which we did.
The pre-transport process was easy and straightforward. We received the quote, we signed the contract and we took the car directly to MoveAuto in Burlingame the day before our move. We had the pleasure of working with Denise who checked us in and did the inspection on our car. No surprises for this new car but she indicated a "rub" by the emblem and mentioned that "it shows you do drive it". I didn't see it but if it's not visible to this 20/20 vision, I didn't consider it to be an issue.
A few days later we received a text from the transport driver, Mike, who said he would deliver the car shortly. The new white car was pretty dirty and Mike said he came through a snow storm. As we walked around the car, I noticed a gouge in the left lower bumper. Small but definitely gouged and definitely not there when the car was dropped off in Burlingame. Mike said it was like that when he picked it up and asked if they had taken pictures--which they had not. I'm pretty sure if the damage was present when Mike picked up the car, he would have protected his position and taken pictures. He did not...why? Because there was no damage.
We contacted Move Auto on Monday since the car was delivered on Saturday. They very quickly assigned a claims person Mark who took our information and asked us to get 2 estimates for repair. He provided a number of body shops in Scottsdale. I took the car to Mercedes and they referred me to the body shop they use and I chose another one close by that was on Mark's list. Both estimates came back within a couple hundred dollars of each other.
In the meantime, my husband started receiving texts from Mike, the driver, asking for pictures of the bumper--duh....he took a bunch--, asking if we had gotten estimates yet and indicating he would be paying out of pocket and to go easy on him.
Mark, the claims adjustor, followed up saying he had filed a claim and "the carrier got sticker shock when he saw both estimates". He filed the claim with Progressive. We received a call from Brandy at Progressive, requesting a list of items we needed to provide to her. In the same discussion she told us all the things they do and don't do and do and don't cover. One condition is that we would have to front the $1,000 deductible and it would be up to us to try to collect from the carrier--WHAT???? Collect from the driver who already had lied that the damage was done when he picked it up. How successful do you really think we would be????
I sent a recap certified letter to the CEO, COO (you can google their names), Mark the claims adjustor and Denise the front desk person we initially worked with outlining our position and expectation that the car should be repaired correctly with all calibrations performed, that we should be provided the option of a rental vehicle, and that we wanted no further communication from Mike, the driver.
Mark and Brandy went back and forth with a few emails--I was included on some of them. Bottom line according to Progressive was that MoveAuto agreed that the gouge was not there when we took the car in to be transported. Progressive sent a person out to give an estimate well below where the prior 2 estimates were. We decided to involve State Farm who insures our cars. Brandy finally sent the approval letter to take our car in to be repaired. She also said she was working on something with Move Auto related to the deductible but wasn't at liberty to discuss it at that point. I was NOT going to start the repair process until I knew what that discussion was.
A few days after sending my certified letters to Move Auto, each of them was returned marked "REFUSED". Way to go Move Auto. You are awesome! I have a picture that I should post of the refused letters but have decided not to post with CEO and COO's names on it--again you can google them.
At this point we decided there are so many things wrong on so many levels--through NO fault of ours--and we are no longer going to try and go it alone with Progressive and try to collect $1,000 from the driver. State Farm is going to work directly with Progressive but we are still stuck out of pocket $1,000 until State Farm recovers that money. At least State Farm provides a rental option if we choose to use it.
So why am I writing this? Think twice before using Move Auto when transporting your car. Think a bit more and go the opposite direction. They had so many opportunities to make this right and they didn't do it. At the very least, they really should think twice about who they use to actually drive. We have spent countless hours dealing with this when we should be trying to get settled in a new location. Haha...and we tipped Mike. Pretty dumb on our part. - Raj I.Austin, TX48141Aug 22, 2023
I recently worked with Moveauto to move my car from California to Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My coordinator, Stephanie, was amazing throughout the process. Her responsiveness and clear communication gave me a ton of comfort initially in signing with her team.
I'm thrilled to say that my car arrived in Texas on the committed day, which was an incredible testament to the reliability of Moveauto's service. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a seamless and stress-free car moving experience. Thank you, Moveauto, for a job well done!
One tip I'd recommend: place an airtag in your car so you can track your vehicles movement throughout the experience. We enjoyed tracking the car from our new home!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This was a very positive experience during a stressful time. Auto was moved from Milpitas to Salem, OR as promised. The contact with Max and the driver Ali were good, but a special thanks to Kayla for her assistance during the process. She even helped out my son who was receiving the car for me in OR. I would use them again and highly reccomend them.
