      All American moved my Porsche Cayenne from Atlanta to Marin County California with great care and delivered as promised. First, they don't demand all the money up front, and don't require you to have cash on delivery. Second, they picked up as promised and delivered as promised. Third, when you call their office you get quick, personal response. Hats off to Ashton (who took the order), and Marge (who tracked the shipment), for their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

      I had a great experience using All American Trucking & Transport. I called a week before I needed to have my car shipped to get a quote. The sales rep was very professional and told me about my options. I was nervous because I just bought my car last year and hardly let anyone drive it, let alone give it to some stranger to take it across the country, lol.

      I chose to drop my car off the day before my move and they provided a complimentary shuttle to the Bart station. After the inspection they told me my car would be loaded in the next 2 days and gave me Marge's (works at the company) contact information and said I could call her for an update on my vehicle. About 4 days after my car shipped out I called Marge. She sent me a text within the next hour providing me with information about my car. I followed up a few days later just to make sure my car woukd come the day they said it would and Marge confirmed the date again.

      The day my vehicle was scheduled to arrive the driver notified me in the morning he would drop off my car that evening. I was able to pick up 2 blocks away from my house (my street is too narrow for a big rig to fit). Although the car was dusty (which is expected after traveling all the way from California to Virginia) there was no damage to the car. The next day I took it to the car wash to inspect it again and sure enough it was absolutely fine.

      I would definitely recommend this company for a long distance or short move. Very professional.

      I just received my car in Virginia after shipping it from LA. I spent months stressing over how to make it happen, and I'm glad I read the Yelp reviews and made the right choice here. I assumed all these positive reviews had been incentivized by the company somehow because every other car shipping page had only horror stories, but I assure you, I write this out of pure satisfaction.

      I began with Alexander who was incredibly helpful explaining the process over the phone. You'll give them a three day window for when you want your car picked up. I called 10 days in advance, so I gave Friday-Sunday and panicked when I was not contacted again until that Thursday before. But once Marge sent me an email, she was there for me the whole way.

      A local drive picked up my car at my home and put it on his tow truck, and said he would take it to a larger carrier that would drive it across the country. We spoke 3 times leading up to the pickup (24 hr notice, morning of, and half an hour before he arrived - very appreciated coordination.)

      Then, I waited. I was told 7-10 days, but I checked in with Marge after only 4. She said she would get news and let me know targeted delivery was Monday/Tuesday (would have been a total of 9-10 days from pickup in LA.) When I mentioned I would no longer be able to receive it on Monday/Tuesday, she helped coordinate changing the contact info so my partner could be responsible.

      But then, like another customer service dream, I was contacted by the local Virginia driver on Friday and he told me he would be delivering my car on Sunday, for a total of only 8 days without my vehicle. The same process, he called me again the morning of and when he was half an hour away. This time, I had to travel 5 minutes to a local mall parking lot where he could park his large carrier, but it was still incredibly convenient.

      The best part? NO DEPOSIT! I worried so much about paying hundreds upfront, and even though it cost me $1200 on delivery, I would do it again. Quick. Stress free. Worth it.

      As many other customers I was nervous about shipping my car from Florida to CA. I was reading transport reviews and other sites, and agree the transport industry is definitely interesting to say the least. I had contacted a few companies, posted on a few other sites and shipping forums (nightmare spam of calls and emails!), and read reviews from some many companies and people having issues.

      I was about to pull the trigger on another company and am glad I saw the yelp review and other reviews on All American Trucking & Transport. By the way the name is somewhat generic so make sure to call the company in Burlingame.

      Alyssa and Marge were great to work with. The quote received was not the cheapest I got, but was fair quote based on what I was getting, so I was happy with it. The great service and the condition of the car more than make up for any savings if I went with a cheap but with issues option instead (glad I did not!!).

      Roberto was the driver and a great guy! My mom met him in Florida, he inspected the car, even let her check out the truck and meet his sweet lab dog The car arrived yesterday in great shape, dirty from the trip (snow and rain), but that was expected. I suggested to Robert to meet by a mall close by my work so it would make his life easier as far as driving the big carrier, and was a breeze.

      I highly recommend the company, and feel free to touch base if you need a referral. I will very likely use them again, thanks!

      I have most recently moved from Sacramento, CA to Richmond, VA and was not looking to make the coast to coast drive with my car. So, I started looking into auto transportation options and for the most part, I was getting similar price ranges. I was also picking up not so reliable sources and I was getting pretty nervous and stressed about moving my Mazda 3.

      As always, I looked to my faithful fellow Yelpers and I stumbled upon All American Trucking & Transport Inc. Thank GOODNESS that I did because right away, I felt most comfortable with the company compared to other sites or companies I ran across California. It greatly helped that I was actually referred to All American Trucking & Transport by another business that was an actual truck driver who did not have space for my car. When I made the call, I actually talked to a representative of the company and received an actual quote. Therefore, I felt more assured to make the contact and stick with them.

      As other companies of this nature, I had leeway of when my vehicle would get picked up and dropped off, but they were very helpful in communicating when the truck driver would be coming and where. On the day of, the trucking company were very professional and took photos and set me up with a receipt with the condition of my car.

      Since I was flying out to VA, I actually had a secondary contact since I was not sure when the vehicle was going to arrive. Therefore, All American Trucking & Transport Inc. were very helpful in communicating with my secondary contact as they were going to arrive A LOT sooner than I expected...mind you, I was ELATED to hear that it was going to get there sooner rather than later!

      Before I even left CA, I received a call stating that the truck had to make a pit stop because the truck itself had a breakdown in SC. I was not worried about it as they were ahead of schedule for me but I appreciated SO GREATLY how the company kept in open communication with me and my secondary contact in regards to the conditions. While they had roadside issues, they still made it in such a quick timeframe!

      Since my new apartment was right in the city with narrow roads, we met in a more open area near Lowe's and boy, was I happy to see my car in good condition!

      Not even a scratch and the only concern was the dirtiness but my car was already pretty dirty from Sacramento so no complains at this point :)

      I was extra ecstatic that Marge from All American Trucking & Transport Inc followed up with me via e-mail to see how my car was doing and how my experience went. There are not enough words to describe just how happy I am with All American Trucking & Transport Inc. If you are looking to move your car across America, go with them!

      Had my car shipped 3 years ago from PA to CA through this company. No complaints. Good communication via Marge. Car given to my friend in CA as I hadn't arrived there yet. I just referred them to my mom for her car's shipping, and realized I never wrote them a review in the chaos of moving across the country. Well done!

      I recently had to move from California to the East Coast and contemplated driving my car or having it shipped. After using a website that gave me 7 different vendors, I thought I would look local and I found AATT. I'm glad I did.

      Although the total cost was a bit higher than the other auto shipping services/brokers, the convenience factor and the service level received from the team was worth the few extra dollars. With AATT, they were happy to answer any question I had (no matter how silly I felt) and I always ended up feeling assured about their services.

      On the day I needed to fly out of SFO, I arrived as planned and everything went smoothly. As a matter of fact, the driver who was going to take my car arrived when I was there (so AATT did a GREAT job with logistics) and I was even able to shake hands with the driver and ask him to take care of my baby. The team in the office was great (Justin and Marge deserve awards for their patience), the driver was great (called me 3 times in the last day of his transport to let me know he was 1 day, 3 hours, and 15 minutes away), and my car arrived a bit dusty but arrived much earlier than expected (6 days after I left it in California).

      This team is great, and I gave them a bit of feedback which they were very happy to take on board. A few suggestions to those thinking about shipping a car?

      1) Plan as far in advance as possible. I think providing 3 weeks' notice to AATT made it it easier for them, and it also meant I got my car sooner on the other end of the route.
      2) I saw reviews on people unhappy that the driver had gotten the car dirty, so I took it upon myself to get seat protectors and carpet protectors from the service department at my car dealer. It ended up being a non-issue with my particular driver, but it made me feel at ease.
      3) Don't be afraid to ask questions.
      4) The convenience alone (dropping it off when I wanted to, the free ride to the airport, the advance planning, keeping my car until the very last moment, and more) makes AATT a great choice!

      If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

      I have used All American Trucking & Transport on two occasions, both long distance moves (once from FL-CA and CA - CO) and they are awesome! The customer service managers (especially Marge and Aly) are great, both very helpful in explaining various options to best meet my needs, budget and schedule.

      Everything was done and delivered as promised - from pick up date/time, delivery timeframe, and billing - they provide a great experience from start to finish with no surprises.

      The drivers have always been great, delivering on time and in fact were able to complete my most recent transport a day ahead of schedule, which was a huge help especially when moving to a new state. The pick up and delivery process is extremely quick and professional.

      I have and will continue to recommend All American Trucking & Transport - and will use them for any future moves I need to do for my vehicles. They are a wonderful company with outstanding staff and dedicated ownership.

      When I decided to move to Florida from California, I luckily found All American Trucking and Transport in the yellow pages. It was the only company I called - because Marge Wilson was so professional on the phone.

      The pick up time was exact. The delivery date was early- who could ask for more.

      I am not the type to spend hours nickle and diming for cheap quotes. John the driver who delivered my car said that many companies job the trip out on-line but that All American Trucking and Transport was with me from start to finish.

      It was the way to go! I highly recommend this All American Trucking and Transport for anyone moving to the other side of the country. Great employees and excellent service.

      After reading so many reviews and horror stories on yelp I was very worried about shipping our car. I am very glad we chose All American. Everything went smoothly and as planned.

      We shipped our car from LA to Boston. When we first contacted All American we gave them a 3 day window that we want our car to be picked up. About a week before our car was picked up, they contacted us saying that next week the driver would contact us one day before he would pick up the car (on one of the three days). He called us and next day (on the first day of 3 day window) he came to pick up the car. He took pictures of the car and answered our questions. Our car arrived exactly in 9 days! One day before our car arrived, the driver called us and gave the exact time and place where he would meet us. He met with us in a mall that is very close to our apartment. We received the car in the exact same condition we left it. I cannot believe this went so smoothly.

      I also want to express that everyone - the first driver who picked up the car, the driver who delivered it, the two people we talked to arrange everything - they were very nice and professional. We had to change the delivery address so we had to exchange e-mails a couple of times. Our calls and e-mails were answered promptly, new work order with the new address was sent to us right away. I was also happy with the detailed order confirmation e-mails they sent us.

      Thank you Ashtonio and Marge for your prompt replies and excellent customer service.

      I contracted All American to transport my car from the Bay Area to Madison, WI. Overall the experience was pretty good with a few hiccups along the way. Arranging for transport was easy enough. Justin and Marge were able to answer all my questions.

      The minor issues I encountered were associated with transport. My car was picked up a day late. This was not a big deal for me because the driver was pretty good about letting me know where he was. He was also very careful when it came to loading my car. After that, it was a a little stressful trying to figure out when the car would be delivered. Eventually, I found out that the transporter was having some mechanical issues. Understandably, the car would be delivered a day late. The followup communication from this point on was prompt. I ended up having to pay 1 extra day on my rental car, but if my car had not showed up, All American offered to pay for any additional days. Definitely appreciate the gesture.

      That being said, I would still recommend them.
