My family is currently going through a cross country move and Move Auto was the recommended car shipper by our moving company. We worked with Stephanie on the original estimates and work order, and Monica on the execution of the pickup and delivery. Both were on top of their communications and follow ups, and I felt fully informed each step of the way. The final price was competitive and the service from the carrier they booked was also excellent. They also provided a complimentary Lyft ride for me after I dropped off the car. Overall, I'd highly recommend Move Auto, as they're professional and knowledgeable in what they do.

I recently worked with Moveauto to move my car from California to Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My coordinator, Stephanie, was amazing throughout the process. Her responsiveness and clear communication gave me a ton of comfort initially in signing with her team.

One tip I'd recommend: place an airtag in your car so you can track your vehicles movement throughout the experience. We enjoyed tracking the car from our new home!

Very convenient drop off at their office in Burlingame, and the driver delivered the car to the designated house in Seattle.
Stephanie, my initial contact person, and Monica, the sales representative, both were very professional and quick to respond to any questions. Monica also made sure to update us about the statues of the delivery.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with All American Trucking & transport. I received important updates via text from the customer service manager, Stephanie and the driver, Claudio who was progressional, personable, and was quick with delivery.

Stayed at hotels during my relocation and they were able to deliver on site. Car was in the same condition in which it was given. I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend them for their service and delivery!

I highly recommend this company and representative Stephanie even though I didn't end up using their services. So here's my story, it's complicated, so I'll try to keep it to just the basics:

3 weeks ago, I hired the shipping broker AmeriFreight to ship my car from MA to CA. They listed my car on the national dispatch board which all brokers and all truckers use to sort out cars and shipments. Cars are listed on the board by price. Since I wasn't in a hurry yet, AmeriFreight listed my car at a pretty low price. Well, the route is competitive, so for 2 weeks, no trucking companies picked up my car from the board.

Since I had one week left to go, I became anxious, so I cancelled AmeriFreight and they delisted me from the board. I contacted All American Trucking and told them my dilemma. Stephanie from the company called around and got me an offer for a pickup like the next day. Looking back, I should've just taken it, but it's my brother's car and he was in the middle of moving and still needed it. So I declined at that point.

Then I hired another broker, American Auto Shipping, since a few friends have used them before. They listed my car back on the board at a much higher rate and said that in the past 30 days, 93% of cars would be picked up within 1-5 days of listing. I paid them $320 deposit and they listed me right away. This was on a Monday.

Days go by and no truck offered to pick up my car from the board and I needed it picked up by Saturday at the latest. I was pretty much calling them every day and they would check my position on the load board. On Wednesday, I called and they advised me to upgrade my bid by $200 on the board to get a faster pickup. So they increased my bid on the board.

Thursday rolls by, nothing.

Friday morning (today) I woke up super early and saw I had no offers. Panicking, I message Stephanie from All American Trucking again because my car needs to be picked up Saturday at the latest. She immediately starts calling around to help me out. She offers a Saturday or Sunday guaranteed pickup for $450-600 over my original base price, or the ability to drop off the vehicle at a storage terminal in Foxborough, MA and it would get picked up at some driver's convenience for $85 more. That sounded pretty good in theory since it would relieve a lot of stress, but my brother said it was like 45 min away and given his moving situation he wasn't too fond of that idea.

I was about to take her up on the Saturday offer, but American Auto Shipping assigned me a truck with a pickup on Sunday/Monday (this is going to be another story...because the vehicle needs to be picked up ON SATURDAY at the latest), and they also wouldn't let me cancel! I seriously thought about just forfeiting the $330 deposit and going with Stephanie anyways...but this thing has become such a big mess already. Oh well, I'll figure it out.

Wish me luck, because this story isn't over yet. Don't make the same mistakes I made TWICE. The lesson learned here is, just go with All American Trucking in the first place, they'll drop everything to take care of you. Don't bother going with other brokers even if they seem nice and charge less and offer free carwashes and cover your insurance deductibles and cover rental cars on delayed shipments (these are all things that American Auto Shipping offered).

Their actions are not where their mouth is, but Stephanie's are. And that's what matters most. I don't know how many favors she had to pull to get me last minute offers, but I do appreciate her services.

These guys were truly great throughout. The scheduler Stephanie was very helpful getting us going and adapting to our changing needs. The office staff in Burlingame (sorry, I forgot your name, you know who you are) was very helpful and nice. The dispatchers (Jamie and David) kept us thoroughly informed throughout. Chatted for a bit with the drivers and was very impressed with their team work and cordiality. OH! And they moved the cars across country CA to VA so fast! It was amazing. Estimating 7-12 days, it was coast to coast in 5 days, for both cars separately!

All American Transport is the way to go! I read a lot of reviews before picking this company to bring my car from California to Virginia. They were professional (thank you, Stephanie!), organized, honest, friendly and up front about the price. They kept me informed the whole way and Daniel even got my car to me a day early. (4 days!) Read these reviews and believe them.
I was going to use another company first but they were dishonest, changed the price on me twice and couldn't find a trucking company to ship my car for 3 weeks. Be careful! There are crooks out there!

I had an excellent experience with Moveauto. I moved from the west coast to the east coast. Stephanie worked with me to get the best price for the dates I needed, and when I needed to change my dates, it worked out just as well. Stephanie was exactly the kind of person I was hoping to work with. Involved, team player, searched to get a good quote, and I always felt like the process of shipping my car was just as important to her as it was to me! Great communication all the way through. My driver was a day early too! Bravo!

This is the 2nd time since November we have used Move Auto to transport our car Nj to TX and back again! Both times service was seamless from beginning to end. Car was received both times as promised (in fact sooner than expected each time).
My coordinator Stephanie was efficient & never tired of my endless questions!

I'm sure, if you're reading this review, you've spent hours researching companies to transport your vehicle like I did and I'm here to tell you to look no further. My experience with MoveAuto was top-notch from start to finish. Stephanie was fantastic from the time that she provided me the quote through the handoff to Kayla who assisted prior to pick up and with updates during transport. My driver, Carlos, was a total GEM. He was friendly, great with communication, and even had my car delivered to me much earlier than I anticipated (7.5 days cross country). I wish I knew the company he directly worked for so that I could let them know how fantastic he was. Hands down the best experience I could have asked for!
