I recently moved from my place and hired MSV team to do the move out cleaning and carpet cleaning of my place. Alex on the phone was always very polite and answered all my questions clearly, the cleaning team arrived 10 min before the appointment, they asked me my expectations and priorities before starting and they were very organized to do the cleaning/carpet cleaning at the same time. I'm so happy with the service provided, the team is so professional and friendly, I strongly recommend this cleaning company.

These cleaners are exceptional! We've gone through a few cleaning companies that left our place damaged, did not clean properly, or left it messier than when they arrived.

Multiservices does an extremely thorough cleaning job, they always complete specific tasks or focus areas that we ask them for. They are very responsive to all emails and the cleaners that come to clean for us are very respectful and always timely. The cost is the same each time and is well worth it for the detailed job. They are reliable, which is very important to us.

We are moving from a condo to a townhome soon and will absolutely be carrying on our services with them! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, a thorough clean, and reasonable pricing.

I was in a panick to get things cleaned. I called up a couple cleaning service companies. Most of them were busy on the 1st of the month and would not be available until a week later. I called Multiservice and they were available 2 days later. This was perfect. I got them to come in and they did an excellent job in getting things cleaned. They would send me a text before coming and a text after they are done.

Great service. Everyone ended up happy.

Contacted these guys for a move-out cleaning of my 1bdrm apartment. They were responsive and quoted an excellent price so we scheduled a time about a week in advance. When the day came however I got a call saying they were running late, and then even later. They had scheduled in 2 people from 3-6 originally, so I had my landlord coming just after that for the final inspection and keys turn over.

When they still weren't there by 4 I was getting pretty worried, but the coordinator kept me up to date and said she was sending in a second team so I'd have 4 people for 1.5 hours rather than 2 for 3. The two teams arrived around 4:20-4:30 and were super efficient, dividing up the work and getting the whole place spotless by the time 6pm rolled around. They even pulled the major appliances out to clean underneath and behind, cleaned the fridge, oven, microwave, windows, baseboards, all the details. All four cleaners were young women who spoke primarily Spanish and they were a bit hesitant speaking English, but they could understand fine and we managed to communicate everything needed. Gave them a nice tip in thanks for such a good job also.

Overall, a bit stressful with the delays, but these things do happen sometimes and they handled it fine and delivered on time in the end. My landlord was very impressed and asked for their contact info also.

I often work with coupe of individual cleaners to regularly clean properties, and they usually work out fine with occasional hit and miss. The advantage is obviously more cost effective. But the reliability is something that we don't have control when it comes to working with individuals.

And it just so happened all of these individuals could not make it to a job that we needed done urgently in the beginning of school season. I took a chance on Yelp and fired away some inquiries. I got ahold of Multiservices Vancouver.

The pricing - is somewhat you would expect from an established commercial cleaning company so it's more expensive but not outrageous.

Effectiveness - This is where I was pleasantly surprised with. Many cleaners would stay at least four hours + just to get their time worth. But They finished the job in two hours.

Communication - great from the get-go, they get your address, time of work, parking area, and area of garbage disposal. They ask for the focus of the job when they arrive, and ask for your feedback at the end.

For us, they were effective and removed the unreliability factor of cleaners.

Update 2 - I genuinely appreciate a company that will communicate and work out a solution. Alex was super prompt to reply to all my emails and is very professional. I thank them again for all their services, time and effort! It's a rarity nowadays to find a company that goes to the next level to ensure their customers are satisfied. Thanks!

Update - discovered there was damage to my unit after the cleaning. It's an unfortunate situation and is now a case of he said she said but has definitely lowered my perspective of their services. I definitely should have looked more carefully at everything after they finished to report the damage to them but never would've expected to have to find damage in the first place.

Did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! I would definitely use their services again. Setting up the cleaning was very easy and they responded very quickly.

On the day of the clean I got an automated text message for when they were on the way to give me a heads up. The clean took about 4 hours and they also called me just before they were done which I appreciated. They got a lot done in the 4 hours with just two people and made my move out super easy

Multiservices Vancouver was great at answering questions and communicating in a timely and patient manner. Much appreciated.

2 ladies were sent to clean our 700 sq foot newly renovated basement. We needed it deep cleaned so we could actually live in it. The ladies were amazing. They were thorough and hardworking. They cleaned all the reno dust off everything.

I highly recommend Multiservices Vancouver and I would definitely consider asking them to come back for other jobs.

Contacted these guys for a 1 bedroom move-out clean. The owner was professional and the cleaners were nice but I am disappointed at the customer service. When I hired them to clean out the apartment, I let them know that it would be a deep clean of the fridge and the oven, pointing out a couple of things that had to be removed such as the top of the stove rings. When I did my final inspection with my landlord, she showed me things that were missed with the stove that I did not notice. This was my first time hiring cleaners for a move-out clean so I did not know every little thing.

When I called the owner and also showed her the pictures, the response was that there was nothing they could do because a few days had passed and I had already given the a-ok for the clean. It really sucks because I had to pay extra for the deep clean on top of this, but it really wasn't deep cleaned.

I had to hire another round of cleaners last-minute, adding a lot more stress to my moving out.

The cleaner come my house for kitchen clean, very bad service,1hour has past ，she hardly to know how to do the kitchen clean,very dawdle,her cleaning procedure all wrong, If this company can't Responsible for clients, she don't need accept this job, waste customer lots of time.

They do a great job. You don't have to sign up for regular intervals, you can just book it when you want which is better for me and more flexible.
The price is reasonable and they clean places I never thought anyone would (like under the sink!) They are also organized. They are trustworthy and great at what they do.
