I requested an online appointment from Kevin this morning because of a leak in my refrigerator and what I thought was a leak from my dishwasher and by 6PM North Breeze had fixed them both. The communication was excellent and Kirill who arrived to fix my problems was professional, efficient and great technician. He even left for awhile to buy a part, even though it was late and dinner time. I will definitely use North Breeze again and I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.

Kevin is easily the best communicating appliance repair pro on Yelp. He responds quickly, over text, is very thorough, and clear.
I had a problem with my 27 year old washing machine and Kevin arranged to drop by next day to take a look. He provided a diagnostic, made a recommendation, and was great to work with and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!!

Kevin specifically was great. I received a text he was on the way and another when he arrived. He came in, was friendly, covered his shoes, and got straight to work.
He had all the tools he needed, was clearly experienced (took apart the fridge as if it was his own), highlighted the issue, gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future, fixed the issue, and even cleaned the dust behind the fridge (did not have to do this).
