Pleasant Limo

The town car was awesome I felt like the CEO of GE. I booked through email, and they gave me the time I wanted. I never got a conformation until I emailed them, but no big deal. The car arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of my scheduled time, but the driver had no problem waiting. The car was perfect, and very clean the car looked as if it was brand new. The driver was very nice, and gave me a card to call if I needed a pickup from the airport. The alternative was getting up at 5am to take the BART so, I thought a town car would be a nice birthday treat. I look for details, and the car was great. There was water waiting, the seat was pre-moved before I got in, and he of course helped collect my bags.
I was a little nervous trying this place, but the Yelp review made it seem less risky. From SF to SFO cost me 38.00 not including tip. 08/03/2010

This was by far the best transportation from the airport. Our driver, a very pleasant young man, was very knowledgable of the area. He toured us around town for a couple of hours on our route to our hotel. He was very prompt for pick up. I ordered a town car he arrived in an Escalade. Drove us to scenic places like Twin Peaks, painted ladies, Golden Gate Bridge and overlook. It was an awesome evening. I highly recommend this business

I love this car service. They are the friendliest, most professional group of people. The cars are always immaculate and spacious. We came back with 4 suitcases and they fit into the town car without a problem. Their website is easy to use to make reservations. I love that it remembers my destinations each time.

They charge very reasonable rates, especially considering the top-notch service they provide.

I hesitate to recommend them only because I don't want them to get too popular because I love their personal-touch service.

We were 4 ladies coming to SF for a girl's weekend. We had to change our schedule and initially had to cancel our car service; then we got ourselves organized and needed the car service again.

The cancellation process and re-booking was PAIN FREE!!! Very Professional.

Once you get your luggage at Baggage Claim, just call them and tell them which Door you are at and the driver will come by and find you.

Our driver was very pleasant and friendly during our drive from SFO to Oakland. He was from Outer Mongolia and spoke very well.

The only drawback was that there were 4 of us; 3 of us were in the backseat. Unfortunately, the middle part in the backseat of the Town Car after it has been folded down was very hard to sit. It was not cushion like the rest of the back seats. If not for that, I would have rated this as 5 star.

Picked me up early when my plane unexpectedly arrived a little early. On my return to the airport, when my plane was delayed, the driver took my wife and I to his favorite donut spot near the airport, which was awesome. I had reserved a town car for both rides and when it wasn't ready in time, they sent a nicer limo-van thing, also awesome. I'll use this company anytime I'm in San Francisco.

Great service provider.....will definitely call upon them again the next time I need a car service in the San Francisco area. I used Pleasant Limo to pick up our son and daughter-in-law when they returned to SFO from their honeymoon. Everything worked like clockwork....they texted our son when their plane landed and the driver coordinated with them what door they would meet at and the estimated time to get there.

I arranged for a Town Car, but the driver arrived in a Tesla! The two traveled in style to their apartment in the City.

We used them for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and hired a stretch limo for 8 and a town car for 2. The limo was clean and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us to celebrate. We had the same driver who was prompt and on time. He was also flexible as we changed our route at the end of the night. Most limos required a minimum hourly rental but they did not. We hired them for point to point service. Great service with affordable rates. We definitely recommend them!

My husband and I travel to SF several times a year and have tried all types of ground transportation to and from SFO and OAK. You know what you are getting into with public transportation but we were always disappointed in either the shared vans or town car services. After doing more research I came upon Pleasant Limo on Yelp. Based on the fantastic reviews we decided to try them on our SF trip last week. The reviews were right on. Bay was prompt and the car was clean both coming and going. We could not have asked for better service at a fair price. I believe we have solved our ground transportation issues in San Francisco. Since they rely solely on reviews and word of mouth if you use Pleasant Limo write a review. We want to keep them successful and in business.

Great service from Pleasant Limo!! I found them using Yelp since I didn't feel like waking up at 5am to catch a Super Shuttle. Bay confirmed my reservation, sent me a reminder a day before AND texted me when she arrived to pick us up! She was right on time (actually even a few minutes early) and she was so friendly and a great driver!! The ride was so smooth. We were supposed to have a Town Car but she picked us up in a black Suburban instead. We were so surprised at how new and clean it was. We got to the airport in about 20 minutes from Laurel Heightst!! I'll never use Super Shuttle again after Pleasant Limo. Oh, forgot to mention that she personally sends these emails; they are not automated!

On the return trip, our flight was 45 minutes early, and as we walked through the terminal to baggage claim, they called me and said the driver was already outside waiting. Just as before, a gorgeous, immaculate town car and a fantastic, professional driver. Phenomenal service.
