I know, I know, unless you're track racing its hard to get excited about tires. I mean, they're tires. Until you get to Robert's Tires & Wheels. First of all, its the cleanest tire place I've ever set foot in. Seriously, that place is spotless. Second, they were on it and attentive and competent from the moment I walked in. My expectations were so far exceeded I had to come home and write a review about this tire shop.

I had a slow leak in my front tire on my 2013 Subaru. I'd already taken it back to the dealership and they told me they couldn't repair it. I went to a second local shop and they said I needed four new tires. At the time, I couldn't stomach it, so I continued to just fill my tire every 5 days. Finally, I went to Robert's on a whim, fully expecting them to tell me I needed 4 new tires.

It was the lunch hour so I assumed they'd be slammed and I brought a book, I brought some paperwork, I was ready to camp out for 60-90 minutes. They were plenty busy, but I'm not kidding, 15-20 minutes after I got there they pull my car up. I was so boggled I thought they were going to tell me they couldn't do it. He told me it was all patched up and ready to go. UNDER 20 MINUTES. I asked if he thought I needed new tires all around and he amicably told me no way, plenty of life left in these tires.

I went there expecting to camp out for an hour and a half and spend over $500, and I left with a trusty patch and a smile in a New York minute. Huge win. Next time I really do need four new tires, this guy is getting my business. Hands down.

We have been coming to Robers Tuers for decades.The price, service, professionalism, and value are 2nd to none. My wife has been a loyal customer before I met here and she moved to San Francisco in 1988.

So when we encounter a need to replace our tires Roberts Tire is on speed dial.

Robert is always customer friendly and straight forward when asking his advice on tire needs.

It's incredible how the neighborhood is just a block below highway 101 and 6th Street on Harrison Street in San Francisco.

Hopefully, you will never need a new tire due to a blowout or road damage but if you do give Robert a call. I have no doubt you will be glad you did! Safe driving

Got my tires fixed here after a sudden pop in the city. I will say, the price they offer is pretty standard, and the service is fairly quick.

One thing I wish I did was take more time to research the replacements I was getting. The owner really didn't offer much else other than just getting the factory wheel which comes with the car. Other wheels shops later told me that the default wheel is the most expensive and the worst one to get.

Kind of a bittersweet ending, but at least they fixed it within a day!

Came in to get my window wipers replace. I called and got an appointment set up on the same day with no wait time. The service was pretty quick. They quote 30-40 min but I was out in 20min. I called several places for my specific window wipers but they didn't have any in stock. Fortunately Roberts Tire did.

The parking garage is located on Clare street. The Robert was friendly and informative. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend using them.

Lost one no two stars. I decided to give them a call for a quote. The first price I was quoting for my hub bearing was correct. He told me he would have to order the part. I need it done today, so I asked what if I bring my own part. As I already knew he told me that it wouldn't be under warranty and then proceeded to say the labor is going to be longer than the 2 hours I originally was quoted it could now be 3-4 hours. LOL, for real, so I'm doing the math and was like no the first price is and was adequate to other repair shops...."Weird."

I decided to give my money to yall, and you tried to swindle me.
I wonder now if the first job I done, Was that huge overcharge?

Very reliable, very friendly. Have used them for years for tires, wheel alignment, etc. The always give clear estimates and deliver on time. I wish all of our automotive relationships were as good as with Robert's Tires.

Straightforward, honest and reasonably priced. I've been to these guys many times, and robert is always at the counter with good advice.
