San Jose Airport Taxi

Excellent Service!! Pratap and his crew are always on time (if not
early), courteous, and professional. It's so nice to finally have reliable
airport transportation in the area. I don't often write reviews, but
San Jose Airport Taxi deserves one. Thanks, Pratap!!!

Pratab is the most pleasant and competent driver I have ever used. He is always on time and goes above and beyond to make sure I am more than comfortable.

Some background on my situation: I have epilepsy, as a result of that reality I have forfeited my driver's license. I depend on taxis and buses to commute over and hour to work often, as well as getting to and from my girlfriend's/ friend's.

Pradat satisfies and exceeds all of my transportation needs and expectations. When I am in San Jose he is the only driver/ company I depend on to get me where I need to go whenever I need to be there.

Nice dispatcher on phone, nice knowledgeable driver who got me to airport quickly. However could not reach them for pick up at night and no taxies in sight at night at San Jose airport:(

I called this guy to request for a taxi to the airport today and the guy said no problem and to text him the address which I did along with the exact time of 5pm. He immediately responded with "5pm confirmed".

At 5:07 I called to see where the guy was and he said "you said Tuesday". Wth did that come from??? My text nor my conversation with him ever said Tuesday. I had to then quickly make up for lost time and find a ride to the airport pronto but you quickly learn the quoted times of 5-7 minutes are not realistic with any of these companies. During my frantic calls to all these cab companies, this guy calls me back and admitted that he confused me for someone else but by then it was way too late. I think this is one of the primary reasons why Uber and Lyft has become so popular.

These guys rock! If your near the airport, give them a ring!

He said 10 minutes - he was there in 8!

Back to the airport I go and Pratap showed up perfectly on time as usual! Car was clean, smooth and friendly service as last time. Definitely my GO

Never showed, no messages, Bad service. Avoid this company.
Don't know why yelp won't post this without more text, there isn't much more I can say about their lack of service.

I called San Jose airport taxi on 4-3-15 at 700am
They showed up within 10 min.

The taxi service guy was friendly and on time.

This guy was a life saver I left my car keys in another car last night so I had no way to get to work.

I made it to work on time with out getting in trouble.

A+ taxi business.

I scheduled a pickup to go to the airport at 630am. Standing outside at 635 with my girlfriend there was no car and no call. I called them and the dispatcher started asking dumb questions like "do you see him?" and "how much time do you have?" After a couple calls where he said the guy was nearly there we got a Lyft. After 20 minutes a different guy called to say he was in downtown San Jose, but we're in Campbell. The last call before getting in the Lyft the dispatcher said "well, I was on the ball." No dude, the second your customer calls after pickup time with no taxi, you send another one, not 20 minutes later.

We tried supporting a local, regulated taxi company, but apparently they haven't gotten any better with competition. We won't bother next time.

We flew into San Jose and were staying near Ben Lomond, which is about 45 minutes away. Not being familiar with the terrain, and arriving at night, we took a San Jose Airport Taxi and arranged for them to take us back to the airport after our event.
The cars were clean, the ride was safe, and they even called to verify our early pick-up time for the return trip to the airport.

It was a little expensive, but that's to be expected on a 30 mile trip. It was much more reliable in the mountains than hoping a Lyft or Uber was available when we needed it.
