Sanmo Travel has been incredible to work with! We have had TJ as our driver twice and he is always early for arriving which helps our team so much. TJ has been incredible with our students and staff - a very safe driver & great communicator! We can't wait to work with Sanmo Travel again and I recommend their team to any company, college campus, employer, etc.

I was looking to rent buses for 150 people for my trip. I'm really glad I found Sanmo Travel. They were very professional and they offered great service. The buses were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Will definitely be using them again!

This was our first time needing a charter bus to travel because many of our events are local and we're traveling out of town via airplane. We were in urgent need of transportation for our 40 families to head to the State Capital from South San Francisco and being it was 9 pm the night before it was a miracle we were in need of. Sanmo Travel came through with their Volvo 56-seater charter bus and an excellent driver. They gently took us through the process and quickly got us set with only a 9-hour window until we were scheduled to go. Thank you all so much for providing a safe, clean, and comfortable way to travel for our families. Mahalo!

Before, this San Francisco's bus company used only Setras and Vanhool buses. Now, they added a few brand new Volvo buses to their fleet. The buses are comfortable, and clean. The driver T.J. is very experienced. Most of the time he arrives to the final destination on time without compromising safety.

Took a great trip to river rock from Alameda the driver Jimmy was very nice and got us there safely. I stayed at the casino for around 4 hours and I even won $550 . Will go again soon

We rented a bus from Sanmo Travel for our cast and crew to go to Los Angeles from Sacramento. They told us we were getting one of their new buses (2021-2022). This bus definitely wasn' t one of the newer ones. There were times when the toilet on the bus would not flush, there was no toilet paper and while they told us the bus was ours for the weekend and that the driver could only drive a certain number of hours before he had to rest, yet the driver shared with us that we had to take all our stuff off the bus because he had to go pick up another group and drop them off somewhere. We paid for this bus for the entire weekend as well as paid for the drivers room for 2 nights. THe driver called his corporate office to let them know of our concerns and the lady that he let us speak with told us if we had a problem, they could just take their bus back to the bay area (and leave us stranded in Los Angeles). Our bus driver Fei was great and very patient with our group. They dont tell you all the charges up front but gradually introduced things along the way such as Transfer fee from Bay to Sacramento, Drivers Gratuity (had to be paid up front and we could not give it to the driver), extra $250 for a cleaning fee seperate from the deposit we paid to rent the bus, etc. These cost should be told to you up front so you can make a real informed decision on the entire cost. Wont use this company again.

Hired them for a party we got quotes from a few other companies but they were cheaper . Booking was very easy and they sent photos of the buses which looked new but the only downside was nobody was allowed to sit on the first row I assume because of covid . Our driver Tj was awesome he was dressed in a suit and tie and was on time great service will use again when needed

I chartered a bus from sanmo. The rate was very reasonable and the driver was very professional and nice. Clean bus it was a great ride!

I was traveling eastbound on Geary when I had to come to a sudden stop at Arguello because a pedestrian stepped off the curb. I heard a loud horn and saw the bus behind me swerve to the right of me to avoid hitting me. He then rolled down his window and started cursing at me telling me why I don't drive with my eyes on the rear view mirror. And then he called me stupid and said I don't know how to drive.

What could I do even if I had my eyes in the rearview mirror? A pedestrian stepped out in front of me and I had to stop. Isn't it the responsibility of the person driving to not rear-end anyone? Doesn't it mean that they're either speeding or following too closely?

And then to be insulted to boot! The nerve of this bus driver. I would kindly ask the company to review driving procedures with their bus drivers.

My only interaction with this company: While driving on 19th Avenue in S.F. during morning rush hour today, the incompetent/rude bus driver decides to suddenly and without warning change over two lanes at once (illegal and dangerous), cutting me off and nearly causing an enormous accident. What's worse is that I had my two young children in the car as I was taking them to school. I would never want to associate with any company that would hire such a reckless driver. Seems like other people here have similar complaints. I advise you not to support such a socially irresponsible people.
