My refrigerator went out Friday and they replaced it on Monday. Fast professional and friendly. Yes great value and brand name.

I received a refrigerator which had paint overspray on the interior, crisper drawers and hinges. The refrigerator has a unpleasant paint smell which I cleaned multiple times with a bleach cleaning spray to no avail. It taints the food with a bad smell and taste. Upon delivery there was dried bird poop on the top of the refrigerator. The bottom line is the refrigerator was not clean upon delivery there is paint overspray and a very unpleasant odor still lingering inside. When I spoke with the office she was very rude and said this is the refrigerator that your landlord picked you need to talk to them.

I've been going to them for over 10 yrs. I went to get my 3rd washer from them & the prices have skyrocketed. All together it totaled 690 (washer alone 490 but there is a delivery charge over 70 bucks, takeaway etc) for one front loading washer. I was in such a hurry I didn't realize I could have a brand new one from Home Depot for that price until I saw the prices while in store...times are changing

Beware of this business. I called to find out with whom they contract to receive their used appliances and was informed that they work with one specific "wholesaler" and are not open to contracting with other wholesalers or suppliers. They also do not sell brand new in box appliances, as this condition of equipment is not provided by their wholesaler. Beware of potential appliances that "are falling off the back of a truck" or stolen appliances being sold. Otherwise, the appliances aren't reliable.

For those of you roaming the streets, because Reed's appliance closed, you can now go to Santa Clara appliance within miles of Reed's location. my experience was very straightforwardforward, plenty of inventory, and very good service.

Very grateful for them!! I've used them twice for repairs and once to buy a frig that lasted a very long time. Honest and reliable. A community treasure

Got a washer and dryer here for a great price, friendly service, and delivery was quick and easy. Super happy with them- they're working well! I'm going to check them out when ready to buy a gas stove!

Charge too much. I use to by from them all the time. They will come out in a timely manner, but their fees are too high. Normally their estimates very high and they cannot fix your item and then you have to pay them a trip charge or come by another one.

I was referred here by another appliance & kitchen store in the area. Was really impressed with their HUGE selection of used stoves & I found exactly the model I hoped to find & had it delivered to my duplex rental unit.
Woman at desk was accommodating. Delivery people & technician were very nice & conscientious while installing & removing old stove. Oven price was fair; came w/ warranty. I will def return for future needs for myself & for my rental unit.

Reasonably priced used appliances. Friendly staff, they will install and remove appliances for you for an extra fee.
