Hi Fern, we are sorry for your frustration! You were not double billed. Our quotes are per hour not per cleaner; the work was done in the quoted amount of time and you expressed your appreciation for the quality of work. There was only one cleaner as the nature of your request changed.

Casey I.May 9, 2023Previous reviewScrubHub quoted house cleaning at $80 per hour for 2 cleaners. They charged me $160 for 2 hours, BUT provided only ONE cleaner. The cleaning was fine, but the price was not.

One would expect a high quality of cleaning from a company who claims to be "experts and professional". Cleaning instruction were provided many times and still they were not able to meet expectations. Generally, the quality of communications were poor. Scheduled cleanings were cancelled the morning of and the day before leaving us scrambling to cover. KC and Tessa are nice people, however cleaning and being aware of the finer details are not their expertise.
