Last Tuesday I had my 2015 Subaru outback receive a regular major service at Sç. Paul was the service representative. I bought this car at Serramonte and have only serviced it there in these nine years. The service is always been fabulous and service rep Pau was especially wonderful--professional, efficient, clearheaded, he explained everything courteously, All the work on time even, and he supplied me with a loaner car . Paul is top-notch, as is service overall at thus dealership.

If you need someone that speaks cantonese mandarin and English, ask for Steven. Was a pleasant experience. Took around 2hours from getting there, test ride, credit check, finance, to driving away.

Tip: Use reddit subs and ask all their owners OTD price to gauge your budget, baseline, and understanding historical issues you may want to know about your brand and model. Then come to the dealership with your known budget, and youll walk out comfortable and efficent on what was negotiated.

I was worried buying a new car would be a big pain. But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Serramonte Subaru.

Steven W was my sales rep and responded to me based on an online inquiry. He prepped the car I was interested in before I came. Very friendly and helpful to explain all the features. Getting to the price I was good with was straightforward. No weird mind games. I didn't want to spend a lot of time and he kept everything moving.

Doing the paperwork I worked with RC who was also easy to deal with. No pressure, just the facts. Upsold me on some add ons that I felt was a good deal. Whipped through the paperwork, explained what to expect. Done.

Left loving my car and loving my experience. Referred a friend as well.

Super disappointing experience here working with the Internet manager and wound up heading to a different dealership (Capitol in San Jose) to buy a new Forester that same day instead. The sales rep here couldn't have seemed less interested or present while working with me - he was texting the whole time during our test drive, barely listened to me as I talked about why I was looking for a new car and made a minimal effort to show me any of the features of the car I was looking at. This was my first time buying a new car ever, and my first time in a dealership in 10 years. I wasn't about to jump into buying something within an hour of looking at a car, but boy was the pressure put on me.

When it got to the nitty gritty of prices and negotiations I was given a ton of different "no pressure, but..." "No pressure, but if you don't buy this car today my partner here is going to buy it tomorrow. He even put gas in it and is ready for it" "No pressure, but we only have 2 of these models/trims left and every other dealership in the area is the same." "No pressure, but you're not going to get this price anywhere else." "No pressure, but you shouldn't wait long on this one." "No pressure, but I'm going to make you a deal you can't refuse." LOL turns out it's pretty easy to refuse an offer when it feels slimy!

Imagine my utter lack of surprise when the car I test drove a week ago and was told is going to sell if I don't buy it ASAP is still available for sale today. The whole experience left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and it's unfortunately one of those situations where I couldn't tell if they treat *every* customer like that, or just the women that come in by themselves. Really disappointing and makes me hesitant to use them as a service location even though they are the closest subaru service location to me.

Excellent service.
Came in because my Subaru Crosstrek had to be jump started multiple times despite a new battery. There was some issue with the DCM.

Paul is the guy. He was great. Communicated clearly, took care of my car. Everything was done within hours

Subaru has a shuttle service as well which picked and dropped me off from home free of charge.

Just bought the new 2025 Subaru Forester and I am soooo thrilled. It was a very easy transaction with my wonderful sales rep, George Yu! He took the time to explain and SETUP all the functions with me. The dealership was very clean and organized. Getting my service there for sure. Sadly, my picture with George got deleted accidentally.
