Sky 1 Limousine

I booked Skylan Transport in preparation for my flight last Friday night. I told the company that I wanted to get picked up around 7:00 am. As I stepped out my house, I saw a black sedan with a friendly driver waiting outside. I talked a bit with the driver, Paul, since I speak a little bit of Cantonese myself. When we arrived to the airport, he helped me with my luggages and I was on my way!

I definitely recommend Skylan Transport to anyone who needs a quick ride to the airport!

I booked Sky 1 Limousine for my sister's bachelorette party. We took a party bus 40 minutes into the California foothills to go wine tasting at four wineries.

Pros: The driver was on time, polite, and kind. The bus itself was spacious and met our needs as far as setting up bluetooth and playing music. The driver followed our itinerary well and was on time for pick ups and drop offs.

Cons: On the way back home, the bus started smoking out of the AC vents - it became overheated in the 100+ degree temperatures. After a full afternoon of wineries and about 20 minutes away from our destination, all 13 women had to evacuate on the side of a country road in the middle of no where. We had to carry all our belongings (ice chests, etc) to a small dirt side road in sweltering 100 degree temperatures. The bus was unable to continue the journey, so we had to call ubers and get relatives/friends to come pick us up and take us the rest of the way.

While I understand that things happen, I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine in regards to a refund. They offered to cover the costs of the Uber (there was only 1) and refund us for the final 30 minutes of the booking. That is a meager 1/13th of the total cost - over $2100 - which means we will be refunded just barely more than $100.

The bus breaking down really put a damper on a wonderful day. We are lucky we had relatives who were willing and able to come get us, given the heat. If any of the women were especially heat-sensitive or had pre-existing conditions that made being out in the heat/ standing for a long period of time difficult, this could have been a much worse situation. I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine and I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.

It's was all nice at the beginning, then the driver takes too long to pick you up to take you back to original destination. Then the driver drops you not at the original address, but at the sidewalk of a busy intersection. then he lies to the company and says drop was off at 11:00pm. And of course, there was an additional charge to my credit card for an overtime that didn't occur. Don't use this company! They're shady and apply hidden charges and make you digitally sign multiple contracts. Hmmmm....believe me, save yourself the hassle, don't bother with them!

Easy to book, punctual drivers, clean vehicles, came with requested car seats and great communication throughout the entire process including text and email updates.
Will be using again and would recommend.

Excellent communication! Joe was very professional but friendly too! Took my son and his girlfriend to the Prom! Assured me that he'd take good care of them! I highly would recommend Sky1 Limo!! I will definitely hire them again in the future!!

Nice clean new SUV. On time, great safe driving. Good communication in-between tour pick-ups. Very reliable.

Room for improvement: there was only 1 water in the SUV for 4 people, and it was a small one :(

We used this company for transportation back and forth to Fishermans Wharf. The driver was waiting for use at baggage claim at Oakland Airport. when we arrived. He was very courteous and helpful. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable. We had the same experience on the way back to the airport. We would recommend this company to others. We also had a fast response to request for scheduling.

We used their 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter for our wedding and after-party. It could not have worked out better! Their rates were good, they were professional and easy to work with, prompt and on time, but also flexible when we tweaked our plans in the middle of the event. The shuttle was very nice and the driver was super cool.
