SmartFix Appliance Repair

I had a refrigerator that stopped working. I called SmartFix, and a few days later I got a call back (they must have been really busy). They scheduled me for the same day as the call back.

Eli figured out that the problem was not the compressor, but the inverter board. He had one in his van, replaced it, and the fridge was good to go.

He also took a look at my dishwasher, and found out that there was no power coming from the wall socket.

I would call for Eli again.

We had a problem with our stove. Rufat was able to come out quickly, and fixed the problem easily and efficiently. In fact, he was able to show me how to prevent it from happening in the future.
I know who I will call for any appliance problems in the future!

Just finished having Elshan come out and fix my fridge seals, while he was here he fixed my broken dish washer rack. Yelp sent ~6 vendors my way and this company stood out, website, texting response time and competitively priced. While Elshane was here, he was very informative and professional. I think he knows you have many choices so he works with you, to solve the problem.

So happy with the service I got. First of all, I had mold on my LG front end washing machine loader. Called and got quoted for the service then asked if they can fix my stove which I have waiting for months.

This tech knew exactly where I should look in my stove to find the model number. The other service techs/company didn't give me this data or knew. Fixing my washing machine, the tech was friendly and thorough in his work. Stated up front what the costs were so nothing more or less. He replaced and suggested other methods to ensure my LG stayed mold free. The same tech brought some new parts to attempt to fix my stove but they were not the parts that were needed. He ordered my parts which took a week out and came to my time as expected and worked on fixing my stove. After 3 months of not being able to use my fan or stove, it finally works. So happy with the knowledge of this techs work.

I would recommend this company and their services again.

Our fridge/freezer stopped working. I contacted Smart fix on Wednesday afternoon. They got back to me within half a hour and offered to come back the next day around 4 pm. Elshan gave me a call when he was 15 minutes away and immediately diagnosed the issue and went to get the part from the warehouse. He called me and said the warehouse were closed and he had to come back the next day to install the part. We were going out of town so I told him a friend will be coming to let him in the house. He called me an hour later saying he was able to get the part from one of his colleagues and he can come by the same night to install the new part. He came around 7:30 pm and finished the job. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond and came back the same night to take care of the job so I don't have to trouble a friend to come by my house the next day. Elshan even pointed out at the damaged wood next to my freezer and that we might have a leak there and suggested to place a towel where the leak may be and if the towel gets wet to have it checked out. I'll definitely be giving them a call if we need service again.

I called Smart Fix to repair my ice maker leaking water from a valve and getting water all over the outside of my 4-door refrigerator.
They came out within 2 hours and stopped the leak by turning off the water valve switch. He came back the next morning with a new valve and valve tubing. The serviceman was polite, competent, and very neat.
I would use them again for any appliance repair.
