I spent a lot of time looking at all of the options for airport transportation and read a lot of reviews and Groupon options. Although SF Limo Express wasn't the cheapest option, it was the only one that had consistently good reviews. Since I didn't want my vacation to be ruined because I wanted to save a few bucks, I decided to go with them. I made my reservation on their website and mentioned the Yelp deal in the comments. They honored the deal both ways, and I wound up paying around $57 each way which also included gratuity.

When we arrived at SFO, I received a text message stating that my driver would be Maria, and it included her phone number. I called her as we were getting off the plane, and she greeted me by name. She instructed me to get my bags and let her know which door number I would be exiting from. Once I got my bags, I told her the door number, and she arrived in a matter of minutes. She had water bottles and a nice clean car waiting for us. We requested her for our ride home, and, once again, she and SF Limo didn't disappoint.

My wife and I saved for quite a while to go on our one vacation for the year. If you're on a strict budget, then I would understand taking a shared van service or something similar. My advice to anyone considering their options for airport transportation is to spend a few extra bucks to start and finish your trip on a good note. I can't think of a single reason to give them anything less than 5 stars. There's a lot of fine print with the bargain shuttle options and Groupon deals. In the end, I would imagine you'd pay about the same and be taking a risk with a company who has frustrated a lot of people.

I was nervous booking with SF Limo Express for the first time; as I usually never have pleasant experiences with limo services. But I decided to book with them on faith in regards to their yelp reviews.

I was soon relieved about my decision when they called prior to their arrival and showed up fifteen minutes early. I was very impressed by their level of service and professionalism. I rented the 14 passenger Sprinter - it was well kept, clean, and looked as advertised in the pictures.

Our driver, Benny, was reliable. He remained in contact and was easy to get a hold of throughout our 13 hour scheduled event. I had a custom drop-off/pick-up schedule which they were able to accommodate no problem!

I'll definitely be using them for any events I have in the future!

We've been using SF Limo Express for years round trip from Sausalito to the airport. Drivers & cars have always been timely & nice. We especially like George as a driver!
Takes the stress out of long term parking & their rates are so reasonable,actually save us money on our longer trips.

SF Limo Express has been my go-to car service for business travel. However, the quality of the customer service has gone way downhill with my last booking for airport drop off. Our driver, Kim, was rude and an aggressive driver - ran a red light and also tried to cut in/out of lanes which made all of us nauseous. (Docking 1 star because of the bad driver.)

I contacted the company after my traumatic experience and my concerns were addressed promptly by Raphael, one of the owners. He apologized profusely for the horrific service we experienced from the driver (who was apparently a new chauffeur) and refunded the booking. I am glad SF Limo Express is still focusing on stellar customer service and hope to give them a try again.

We recently took SF Limo Express to and from SFO as a family of 4. The booking process was great, always available to answer the phone and email confirmations at booking and then to confirm driver prior to the trip.

The only reason for 4 stars was based on the inconvenience of an honest operational mistake that had them forget a car seat for our toddler. Upon calling the dispatch they personally drove to the airport to help as soon as possible.

When we called they connected us with the owner who personally resolved after the ride. While mistakes happen, the customer service was excellent to problem solve. We will use the device again next trip and thanks to Christina for all the help.

I used SF Limo Express for getting me from SFO international arrivals to a downtown hotel. Reservation was done one week in advance via the Internet.

Very good service. I got a confirmation email, and shortly before my plane arrived I got an email and a text confirming the name of the driver and his phone number (Oliver). He also texted me to check, as my immigration process took very long. After calling him, it took about 5 minutes for him to pick me up at the limousine stand at the international terminal at SFO.

Oliver is a very friendly driver, very professional. I enjoyed the short ride with him very much. I will definitely use their service again.

Pros: Don, our driver, was right on time (6 AM) and we zipped to SFO from Menlo Park in 20 minutes. The car was clean, with bottled water & magazines at the ready. Don had already checked out the traffic situation and knew the 101 was clear, but was prepared to use alternate routes if necessary.

His first customer was 30 min. late but he texted me before 5 to let me know and to tell me that he would either find another driver or be 15-20 min.late. I was already stressed about making our flight but he sent me an update at 5:45 to let me know he'd be on time. Very professional and clearly interested in the welfare of his passengers. Also lowest rates I found (except ride sharing services)

Cons: this probably is more my bad, but I made the reservation thru another site (Rental Limo Reservations) but I still had to call the co. to leave a credit card # (I think they were supposed to call me), & it took half a day to get an email confirmation of the reservation. Once that happened, I got several reminders & updates about my reservation, including the name & phone # of our driver. I would just book directly on SF Limo Express's website next time to avoid the aggravation.

We used SF Limo Express on October 12th. We were a group of four and our designated driver was Don. Don is super nice and talked to us about the city and the various neighbourhoods of San Francisco.

This is my new favorite airport service. Easy. Friendly. Affordable and quality service. Would love to have them at other airports in the United States and Canada. They were there on time, even in advance since our flight was in advance. Great communication by emails with all the details.

Would use their service again anytime when I am back in San Francisco and will refer them to all my friends and contacts travelling to SF.

We were in need of a new sedan service for airport trips after our previous company missed 2 pick-ups in a row. We chose SF Limo Express based our Yelp search and we had a fantastic experience. The timely communication is what was most appreciated, from the quick confirmations, to the email update our ride was on location, to the text about the driver contact info, and timely texts from the driver - we never had to wonder about our pick-up. The vehicles were in great condition and the drivers were very professional and on time (early even). I did contact the office prior to our return trip to inform them our flight had been delayed. They said they had already seen that update and check every 1/2 hour to keep on top of flights. To hear that was fantastic! We will use them again for sure.

SF Limo Express wasn't my first choice when I was researching which airport car service company to choose from. I selected another company with the most positive reviews as well as the quantity of reviews. When the original car service called me to cancel at the last minute of my return pick-up, I had to find another company fast. I called SF Limo Express because of their special price offer for Yelpers.

While having entirely too much fun in Vegas, we missed our flight home. We had to make arrangements for flights home the next day and I had to postpone our car service reservation until the following morning. Their dispatcher was friendly and professional. He immediately rescheduled our pick-up date without any charges. I didn't detect any unpleasantness in his tone which was reassuring.

Upon our arrival to our home airport, I was still a little concerned, and just didn't know what to expect since I selected them at the last minute and based on value. While waiting for our check-in baggage, the dispatcher text us to reconfirm the pick-up. We returned text with our terminal and door numbers. The driver also called us to let us know that he will arrive within 2 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived right in front of us within 2 minutes!

Now, I can actually make a good comparison for the vehicle's condition, driver's customer service, and amenities in the vehicle. The car was clean, comfortable, and full amenities. Bottles of water and snacks, and magazines. It was more than I expected for an airport pick-up! The driver helped with the luggage and opened the doors for us. He was very pleasant to talk with.

What a great way to welcome us home with such a pleasant ride--especially after the chaos of missing our original flight!
