I book yesterday Christina the receptionist was very nice accommodating she help me out the entire booking!!Dirceu our driver was very friendly and reliable on time helpful and professional.car super clean and nice . company is tip top ! I am impressed keep it up!

Rafael and his team are all about execution, I have used them for three-plus years. Their execution is flawless, including immediate reservation confirmation, continuous contact before and after customer pickup, and really nice, careful drivers like Dirceu. If you need to get anywhere in the greater Bay Area, this is the team to call.

I recently booked airport transfer (both to and from SFO) with this company. I contacted them because the company I had used in the past failed to respond to repeated requests.

The trip to the airport (house to SFO) was wonderful. Dirceu, our driver, was polite, friendly, and all around a joy. This trip was a 5-star trip.

On our return, the experience was just ho-hum. First, I called the companies contact line to inform them that our plane was a bit delayed. One would assume they are used to this, being an airport limo service. The woman on the phone was downright RUDE. Like it's my fault the plane is late? I texted the driver when we were off the plane and then again when we had our bags.

Once the driver, Benedito, arrived, he was unfriendly and rather snarky. He wasn't rude, just not someone you would want in a role that deals with people. He seemed to get upset with him when we offered directions to OUR OWN HOUSE that were different than what Google Maps suggested. This experience was between 2 and 3 stars. Not bad, but certainly not great.

I might try SF limo express again, but would indicated I wanted Dirceu as our driver.

Great service. I was texted by the driver that he was there and waiting at the airport. I picked up my bags waited a few minutes at the curb and then he was there. Could not be any easier. The driver , Dirceu, was very cordial and informative.

Flew into SFO for a few days, made the SFO Limo Express reso on their web site and was confirmed by email shortly after. Very clean car, met me at baggage claim, provided water, very friendly driver, Dirceu, made to hotel in record time, knows the city streets. Highly recommens this limo service. Other services in SFO have fake reviews and do not reply back to confirm resos so you are left standing there alone. This service is excellent will use again next trip.

Dirceu was an amazing host/driver. He was super attentive and relaxing on our trip. We never felt rushed and enjoyed our visit to wine country so much more knowing we had an amazing driver getting us around safely. Thank you so much Dirceu!!

We booked a car for the day for my daughter's wedding. Our driver was Dirceu who went above and beyond with his service. He picked us up on time, assisted my elderly mother into the car, and drove us quickly to our destination through the streets of San Francisco with no stress. He dropped us off right at our destination. We had 6 people including the bride and my 94 year old mother and Dirceu was gentle, patient, and minimized stress for everyone on this big day. After the ceremony he brought us to the reception. He was prompt and even made a point to drive along side the bride and groom so we could take pictures, and offered his phone to take pictures too. When we went home, he made sure to park as close as possible and to take the time to help us unload all of our baggage and bins of decorations. Through the entire time, he was respectful, professional, and kind, and we could not have asked for a better driver for my daughters special day.
