Our Samsung front load washer stopped pumping out water over Thanksgiving weekend. I thought it was the water pump and send out requests for quotes. UsProRepair was one of the first to respond with a clear quote for the project. Mike was very clear in communicating his availability and he actually came in on Sunday!
He brought water pump since I thought that was the broken part. He took time to disassemble to get to the water pump and tested the pump manually. He showed me that the pump was still functioning and was not the cause of the washer not draining. He is very honest and said the washer does not need a new pump. He was able to run through the whole diagnostic process and found out there was something wrong with the control board.
Mike is very honest technician that takes time to fix things (instead of just changing out parts) and his pricing is very competitive, compared with all the other quotes that I received. I will call him for any future appliance repairs!

I have a Leibherr, I love the fridge but the door broke the night of Thanksgiving. Leibherr is not very common. I was so worried about not bring able to find the right person and parts to fix it. Mikhil, the owner of the business, is great! he responded within mins of my request on yelp and after a few exchange of messages, he knew what the problem is. He arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him. And will definite use his service again if any of my appliances need repairs.

My frig started leaking water late one night. I had to turn off my water to stop it. I left a somewhat panicked message --Mike came first thing in the morning and took care of the problem immediately. He also helped me with replacing my filter. Highest recommendation.

Mikhail was able to come out on Christmas Eve to inspect my 40 year old gas oven with a broken thermostat and burners that wouldn't ignite without a match. He took the time to research the lowest cost replacement thermostat, saving me over $200 and cleaned the ignition device on the stove and now they work perfectly.He was very considerate of my time, arriving promptly at the scheduled time. Highly recommend.

Very quick response to our request for an estimate on a leaking dishwasher. Certainly knew how to diagnose the problem and identify the issue. Unfortunately the cost of repair was not cost effective since it was an expensive part and we decided to purchase a replacement instead of fix. Highly recommended.
