I highly recommend this company. I messaged them on Yelp Saturday night. Got an immediate message in return with answers to my questions. Was able to schedule service for the next day, which was Sunday during a convenient time.

Sergey, was professional, nice, knowledgeable, thorough and explained the situation. Most importantly he fixed the issue quickly and the whole process was efficient. I also appreciated the text that he sent letting me know that he was on his way, his ETA and was on time.

Had a problem with our microwave: delay after pressing the selection. Sergey came and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Apparently the power connection was just a bit weak.
Excellent repair!

My dryer just stopped working this past weekend and of course we had a few loads of laundry to do! I message Nina and she responds immediately! I requested repair service Sunday evening and she schedules Sergey to come by the next day/morning. Sergey comes on time and fixes the Dryer (replaces fuse) within a few hours. He is always telling me what's up and I feel the pricing is fair per parts and labor. He does a full deep cleaning of the lint that got caught up within the Dryer. I'll use their services in the future. They do accept Zelle as form of payment which is convenient for me.

Impressively fast. I reached out of Wednesday and within fifteen minutes scheduled a diagnostic for the next day, parts were delivered Saturday and Sergey was there Sunday at noon doing the fix. I don't want to get them trapped into people expecting service on a Sunday, but it should be noted that seems to be the kind of excellent care they offer. A+ work and great guy!

We called Sergey out to look at our fridge's ice maker that wasn't working. He came out quickly within a couple days. He diagnosed the issue and explained what went wrong and what he suggested, and his office followed up within a couple business days with the parts/labor quote to fix the issue. Not sure what happened with our first experience where the office didn't follow up, but no issues this time. As always, we appreciate Sergey's expertise and quick response!

highly recommended. They replied quickly to the request. Came on time, very professional. Not only the dishwasher is fixed, Sergey clearly explained the issue. And treated our dishwasher with care. We use bosch dishwasher if anyone with similar issue can ask them. And they are not expensive. Thank you very much!

We got a call immediately, had an appointment set up w/i hours and our washer was fixed and tuned up w/i an hour! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! We now have a "go to" appliance repair!

Very happy and satisfied with Sergy. He is honest as he is humble. Explained and showed us what the problem was. He fixed our refrigerator which had a fan frozen that caused the fridge not to cool down to 34 degrees. We thought we'd have to buy a new fridge. Appreciate Sergy and the great job he did. We will go to them from now on!

Gave them my address and they confirmed the appointment. Waiting a couple of hours for them and they called and said they don't service my area after confirming the appointment with the correct address sent to them. The person that sets up the appointment is completely unprofessional and condescending. Just gave me an attitude when she completely messed up. I wouldn't waste my time with this company. You should definitely go find someone else to service your appliances

Very highly recommended. Contact setting up appointment was excellent. Nina was very helpful and courteous. Sergey handled the repair of my Kenmore dryer. Sergey was very prompt and very courteous. The repair was quickly, efficiently and professionally done. Overall experience was excellent. Again, very highly recommended.
