      Purchased a Yelp Deal

My washing machine was acting up a few weekends back and it drove me crazy! The darn thing wasn't spinning or draining! I didn't want to wait around or try to ask people for recommendations, so I hopped online and decided to try Washer Dryer Pros because they seemed to be able to handle Kenmore washing machine repair. I must say, they did great on my Kenmore washing machine repair job and had everything working like new within just a few hours. Very satisfied and would highly recommend these guys -- they were also friendly which is always good to have.

Phew...thank goodness for Leon from Washer Dryer Pros who came quickly to evaluate, ordered the parts, and had our aging dryer back in action within a week. I am so relieved that we did not need to replace it. I hope I do not need to call them for awhile, but when I do, I will not hesitate.

I definitely do not trust this company. I called Washer Dryer Pro on 25th Ave for a service call in the morning. The service technician will call me in advance between 4 and 6 pm. The service call will be $95 but will be absorbed if I need his work. With no advance notification, a gentleman showed up at my doorsteps around 5pm. He went to work without showing any identification. He charged me $275 afterwards. I paid him with credit card and asked for his business card. He told me I can see it in the invoice through my email. Then he left. Of course there is no invoice in my email. Then I looked at my bank statement, it turned out the company is not Washer and Dryer Pro and the address is 44th Ave instead of 25th. I felt like being played. Be very careful with this outfit. I certainly will not repeat the same mistake again. I had paid my fee.

Our washing machine broke and spilled water all over our hardwood floors... just in time for Christmas

Leon from Washer Dryer Pros came out within a few hours of our call and was fantastic. He was able to identify the problem quickly, and got the parts to fix our washing machine the next morning. Throughout the process he answered all of my questions and had a great sense of humor.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. I hope I never have to deal with a broken washer and water damage again, but if I do I'm calling Leon

Our front loading gasket needed a cleaning and we foolishly took it out to clean, thinking we would be able to put it back in ourselves. Five hours of trying to put the gasket and springs back in ourselves, we gave up and decided to hire someone to do it. Apparently, this job is not for the faint of heart. I contacted several appliance repair businesses and all were very busy and told us it's quite a difficult task.

We called Washer Dryer Pros and were able to book an appointment for the following day. Dimetri came to our rescue and called ahead of time to let us know he was able to stop by earlier than planned. He was super friendly and explained the process. The job was not easy but he got it done. He asked if we needed anything else looked at. We told him our range knob can use replacing. He followed up later that day to give us some great options.

AWESOME customer service, quick and friendly service, great communication, and follow through. We cannot recommend Dimetri from Washer Dryer Pros enough. Price was about on par or a little lower than other places we were quoted. The most important thing is that they were able to come out quickly and got the job done.

This review is long overdue, by several years, but I recently ran across the technicians card (Artem D. - who may no loner be and employee), and I've never forgotten the outstanding service and repair done to my niece's washing machine. Artem was very friendly and knowledgeable. His attitude and demeanor instilled confidence that all would be well. And it has been; it's still working beautifully. I'm glad to see the business still operating, and will recommend you, now that I've found the card. Thank you.

      They are VERY unprofessional.
I called & made an appointment for a repair man to come over on a Saturday afternoon between 1-3pm.
I wasted my ENTIRE SATURDAY waiting for him/her to show up, THEY NEVER DID!!
No call or text from them, NADA!!
When I called them on Monday to ask the heck happened, the woman I spoke to said that, the tech said that HE CAME TO MY HOUSE & SAID THAT MY W/D WEREN'T INSTALLED YET!!
She said that they can't service appliances that aren't installed yet!!!
She said that the technician HAD PHOTOS OF MY WASHER & DRYER!!
      What the F**K?!?!!!
      Photos?
How would they know what my W/D looks like?
NO ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE!!
      These people are the WORST!!
Look elsewhere for service for your washer & dryer.

Leon arrived on time and worked very hard to find a solution for our dryer problem. He was very patient and demonstrated a strong work ethic. We were very pleased by his work and very happy that our dryer is working again. -Victoria

Funny giving five stars for bad news. These folks came out for an odd Samsung washing machine problem (tl;dr - don't buy samsung washers) where it wouldn't finish cycles in any reasonable amount of time...loads might complete in six hours and never error out. First technician that came out was a bit perplexed and after doing diagnoses, he said "I could replace the main board, but don't really want to as I don't have a concrete reason why it's not working. I could replace it, charge you and you may still have the same problem". Totally fair (and considerate). He said, let me do some more homework on this and escalate. A few days later, their senior technician came out and did a pretty exhaustive evaluation and determined that the spinner had essentially warped a bit and caused it to be out of round so it can't ever spin without triggering a restart for imbalance. He said that it would be about $300 to replace the spinner + a ton of labor to repair, so buying a new machine was the best option instead of fixing that one.

Since they couldn't fix it (well, he could, but not in good conscience), they didn't charge me. Yay!

I was impressed with their thorough and methodical approach to diagnosing and fixing my stuff, and when it came down to something that wasn't economical to fix, they said so. Top notch.

I am usually a do it yourselfer with this kind of stuff, but I was stumped on why our washer was sometimes not bringing any water in.

Dmitri came out and was about as knowledgeable as you could hope for and quickly came up with some potential causes.

Unfortunately, due to the really awkward way our stackable washer dryer are crammed into this closet, we weren't able to pull it all out while he was there. Pulling it all apart is not something I would expect of any repair man.

I pulled it all apart the next day and finally got to the non-flooding mechanism valve thing that he thought was the culprit. I was able to route the water around it and BOOM we were up and running again.

Totally worth the $ to have him come out and point me in the right direction as it saved countless hours of me being out of my league. And next time I will probably call them right away to save myself even more time.
