With the recent integration and reorganization of global capital markets, KRX is pursuing diverse global expansion strategies to establish itself as an advanced global exchange. It is passing on knowledge and experiences gained from the development of the Korean stock exchange to emerging markets by setting up and jointly managing joint venture exchanges. It is also exporting Korea’s outstanding securities IT system. KRX will gradually expand its global business beyond Asia to Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America and build a global “KRX Road” by actively continuing to establish and modernizing exchanges in emerging markets and exporting IT systems.
