The KRX's listing eligibility review begins with checking the application and supporting documentation from the foreign applicant. For any question or issues arising from the review of those documents, KRX would request additional supporting documents.

In the listing eligibility review session, KRX conducts a number of interviews with the lead manager. In those interviews, KRX requires additional details and explanations not covered in supporting documents submitted, if any.

When the unexpected issues or questions arise during the review, KRX might require lead manager and the applicant further clarification or explanation for those issues. Also, during the preliminary reviewing period, KRX staff might conduct on-sight inspection on the applicant and require the original copies of documents for the authenticity check-up of the documents submitted.

The listing eligibility review results would be submitted to the Listing Committee for final decision on listing approval. The Committee consists of a number of experts from the accounting, legal and professional investment community and will deliberate the submitted results and reach a coordinated decision.
