2014: Appeared and started in 27 matches. Had 233 kills averaging 2.33 per set for 266 points. Ranked second on the team in digs with 259. Had a season-best 17 kills against Lewis-Clark State (9/20). Tallied 10 kills, 11 digs and six blocks vs. Lewis-Clark State (10/25). Had 10 double-doubles on the season.

2013: Started all 30 matches. Had 251 kills averaging 2.2 per game and a 0.149 hitting percentage. Had 335 digs averaging 3 per game. Had 26 total blocks (7 solo and 19 assisted). Reached double-digit kills 11 times. Career and season high 21 kills vs. MSU-Northern (10/26). Named Academic All-Conference.

2012: Started 28 matches. Second on the team with 341 kills averaging 3.2 per game and a 0.153 hitting percentage. Ranked fourth in the conference in total kills and third in average kills. Reached double-digit kills 19 times. Recorded 32 total blocks (20 solo and 12 assisted). Had 290 digs averaging 2.7 per game. Season and career high 20 kills vs. MSUN (10/19 & 11/9). 

High School: Norris was a captain and team MVP for two years in Puyallup. As a junior and senior, she was elected first team all-league. This last season, she was selected to The News Tribune All-Area Second Team. She also played for the Puget Sound Volleyball Club in Washington. This past July, Norris competed at the USAV Junior National Championships. 

Personal: Sydney, the daughter of Kevin and Sarah, is pursuing a degree in Biology.
