For two fines, (12NZD in total) I had to pay NZ$75 administration fee.. ridiculous. If anybody will ask me if I would use Rental snap Knap company again I would definitely not.. never again.
I understand that the company has to earn and make some money, but there is something which is called customer experience and that was really horrible with your rental company.

What an awesome little Trooper was our Toyota Corolla GXL. She purred around NZ perfectly, climbed the mountains and terrain & never missed a beat. Staff at Snap rentals went above & beyond on despatch & return. Very friendly & supportive to our requirements.

We used booking.com for car hire and insurance, would be booking directly through Snap next time, as a rather expensive $2000 bond was taken from our credit card which weren't aware would be the case. Do advise others to deal directly with snap and their own insurers to avoid this

Very good car & service. Easy website to book and detailed notification of booking/invoice.
Car matched specs/description as booked. It was all clean and ready to pick up on time.
Friendly staff, no dramas/issues when picking up or dropping off. Snap runs a frequent pick-up/drop off from airport to depos.

A little further off the airport, you’ll need to make sure to book ahead and contact them to get the shuttle, otherwise it’s a bit complicated to reach by foot.

A short overnight rental (picked up 3pm Sat & returned Sun 7am) which was convenient & seamless. Shuttle service driver on the pick up from domestic airport on Sat 17th Aug was very amenable. Waited a wee while to drop car off this morning 18th but all good in the end.

Everyone at Snap Rentals is super friendly and helpful, and they really helped us out with an extra day rental at the same rate after our flight was cancelled.

Highly recommend Snap Rentals! Customer service was great both in Queenstown Airport and Auckland Airport. Quick and easy, no issues at all. The shuttle collects and drops you off at the airport. We Picked our car up in Queenstown and drove it back to Auckland ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
