All Japanese NO English instructions.

I asked if the car had manuals in the glovebox and I was told there were. All manuals were in Japanese and no English was provided. I was unable to use many functions in the car as there were no instructions.

Simple and Easy. Great Service!

Easy to go through the site to rent a vehicle. Friendly staff, great service. The car was good, economical, easy to use. That particular car I won't get again though. It was too little for me. I am use to a van.
I couldn't figure out how to lower the seat on the driver's side because my head kept touching the roof. It wasn't until someone who use to clean rentals told me and that was on the Friday, I was returning the vehicle on the Saturday.
The pick up from the airport was great. Friendly staff member. I did cancel my flight back to Wellington so wasn't needing drop off. I would definitely recommend Snap Rental. I booked through the website.

Second chance rental

Could not apply a return customer discount.
Left us standing at pickup in the cold, had to call office.
Good car , reasonable price.

Suzuki swifty beast

Amazing car, very fast car and easy to drive, overtook a couple of cars on the road. Very good experience with snap, highly recommend

Easy & fast process

Easy process, fast check-in and check-out, Friendly staff.
We got an older car with already 150.000km but it worked well except of one beeper which was broken.
We were totally satisfied and the price was cheap as well.
Good value for money.

Easy process and helpful staff

Easy process and friendly staff. No fuss and very quick from booking a car to pickup and drop-off. Reasonable prices too for restricted license. Recommend them and will be back at xmas 2024

Price changed

The car in itself was fine, the only thing that was disappointing was that the price had changed compared to the price that I had agreed to book with several months ago.

Highly recommend

Good quality vehicle, great team customer service from drivers to the office, both weekday and weekends.
You will have my business again, next trip Feb 2025.

Generally very good.

The car was in good repair and drop off was easy. Pick up was a little more complicated as the instructions were not so straight forward and it was difficult to find the correct area.

Great Job Snap!

Super easy transaction with friendly staff, pick up from the airport was quick and easy. I also received an upgrade of vehicle which was great.

Easy pick and drop offì

Easy pick and drop off.
Poor explanation of the cars operational controls etc.
Very difficult to contact by phone, always being put on hold.
