Promoting democracy through inclusive governance! The inclusion of women, youth, ethnic and religious minorities, and other marginalized groups in the democratic process is key to building trust in local and national institutions. In Libya and beyond, Creative and USAID have worked to ensure that every voice counts. From empowering marginalized communities in Burkina Faso to fostering indigenous inclusion in Guatemala, our projects are laying the groundwork for stable democratic institutions, at the ballot box and in communities. In this blog, Pam Rosen explains how inclusive governance support can help promote sustainable elections in areas that have witnessed democratic backsliding. https://bit.ly/3WdLBDL
