Perplexed by the whole “do more with less.” To incorporate AI, innovation, and data driven decisions, we still need people to drive the effort. The “do more with less” is a naive falsification. To get to data driven decisions, you have to hire people who know how to manage and process data… to innovate it take research and time to test processes, and to leverage AI, employees have to be trained properly. Budget and personnel cuts will not get us there faster. Invest in people and resources up front and the residuals, down the road, will pay off. We can only get there faster with the right people, trained properly.

Friedman's ten flatteners reshaped commerce by demolishing barriers and enhancing connectivity. Similarly, Generative AI dismantles traditional barriers in bidding and proposals. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝: 1️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Equip small firms with advanced tools once reserved for larger corporations.🏦. 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝. Tasks took days. They included data gathering, drafting, and refining proposals. Now, they only take hours⏳.  3️⃣ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. AI helps tailor proposals to meet unique client needs🎯. This shift not only levels the playing field but also paves the way for new business models—a topic I'll explore in another post.
