A 34-year-old Forsyth man received an arrest warrant after peeping through a bedroom window on Indian Springs Drive around 12:50 a.m. on July 29. According to the incident report, the 38-year-old female victim told deputy Justyn Weaver that she went out the front door of her home and went to a nearby trash bin, where she saw a man looking through her bedroom window. Another deputy arrived for assistance and was requested to check the surrounding streets.
The victim said she recognized and knew the offender but couldn’t think of his name. Weaver told her that she should call the sheriff’s office if she thought of it. She later called after finding the suspect, Geambrose Marcell Head, on Facebook. An arrest warrant was issued, and Head was jailed for being a peeping Tom.
