Hanna Flint Time Out For a low-budget film, the effects work is minimal but effective. Arcadian keeps the aliens’ origins intentionally ambiguous and is all the more spine-tingling for it. Rated: 4/5 Jul 4, 2024 Full Review Mark Kermode Kermode and Mayo's Take (YouTube) It has some memorable moments and it has atmosphere. I think it is best before it shows its hand, or indeed, its teeth. Jun 21, 2024 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) Stop shaking the camera! On its own it does not imply excitement or tension... Beautiful score, though. Top marks for the composers Kristin Gundred and Josh Martin. Rated: 2/5 Jun 17, 2024 Full Review Tim Miller Cape Cod Wave Magazine The farmhouse-under-siege scenario, reminiscent of George Romero’s original “Night of the Living Dead,” offers some suspense, but the film offers little else – especially once the focus shifts from the Cage character to the boys. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 21, 2024 Full Review Chuck Bowen Style Weekly (Richmond, VA) Michael Nilon’s script is a wisp of a thing, and so the potential coming-of-age standoff between Cage and his boys doesn’t go anywhere. Jul 10, 2024 Full Review Victoria Luxford City AM With more character development, Arcadian might have been an elevated horror hit. As it is, it’s an entertaining creature feature that will keep the jump scares coming while audiences wait for A Quiet Place: Day One. Rated: 3/5 Jul 9, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Edgar Love it second time watching it!!!! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/29/24 Full Review Kelvin G Solid acting with some good scares and maintained the tension. Almost no story to explain how they got to the point where things really start. The monster design was interesting though they kind of reminded me of Tremors. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/24/24 Full Review Owen Just fell incomplete, I realized there will probably be a sequel but for the first part just seemed incomplete. Other than that, the movie was great Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/19/24 Full Review Mr. Hollywood Nothing new here but the creatures are decent enough. Nicolas Cage is wasted here and the story has been done better before but overall not a bad way to waste some time Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/18/24 Full Review Michelle C I enjoyed this movie. Lots of tense moments and a couple of good jump scares. I would recommend seeing. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/16/24 Full Review See A Lot The movie was interesting but sometimes confusing. Too much of the filming was nighttime scenes which were hard to make out. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/15/24 Full Review Read all reviews
