Inside Shygirl's Handbag

Hi, British Vogue, I'm Shygirl,

and this is what's in my bag.

First, we have my Versace sunglasses, which are new

and they're my favorites at the moment.

We also have the Versace scarf to go with it,

just so I'm in full disguise.

Never leave the house without my got2b hairspray/glue

so that my wig is laid.

And I have great skin but only because I use great skincare.

Also sticking with my products

here I have Pat McGrath blue lip gloss.

It's kind of like a alieny, shimmery blue.

Pat McGrath is my go-to; eyeshadow, lip gloss,

all the kind of adornments, that's where I go.

Also, we have my scent, which is Guilty by Gucci.

Never leave the house without it

because I always want to smell amazing.

And it's gold, which I think really suits me.

Okay. So we're sticking with the lips

cause I always got to make sure they're luscious.

We have this NAS lip balm here.

I always carry stuff for my lips

cause you never want to be caught with a dry mouth.

That's not cute.

I recently was at Coachella in the desert

and then flew straight to New York

and they have completely different environments going on.

So your skin can really suffer

if you don't take care of it.

And that's why I always have cream on me.

Also the flying, this is a weird one

but tape, I've always needed it.

For some reason.

If you are caught short,

something breaks, or you need to tape someone up,

I don't know.

I think I have two

of these signature Shygirl condoms.

Got to stay safe.

I just thought what would someone or what should

someone always have in their bag?

Condoms.

And it works better than a business card because

I think you can kind of suss out what I'm interested in.

That's all I'm gonna say about that.

I also have my keys.

They have my new favorite key ring on here from Grenada,

which is where my grandma lives.

And I always think about her when I look at it.

I think at home is my favorite place

of all places because that's where my cats are.

And that's where my bed is.

The Zippo lighter that my dad gave me.

I think it kind of gives the Monica Belucci sentiment

when you are lighting someone's cigarette.

No flame.

That's the only downside to Zippo.

You have to keep refilling them.

I also have my AirPods

because I hate traveling without music.

These AirPods have heard every demo that I've ever

made a thousand times over.

I'm also obsessed with my music.

I'm sure you are.

These hear it first.

I always have a hotel room key in here.

I love a hotel with a bougie bathroom

like mirrors everywhere, huge bathtub,

wet room that can fit like four people.

The bed is, it just has to be big.

And that's a given, if it's not big, I'm not interested.

If I could swap bags with anyone

it would probably be Madonna.

I want to know what's in her bag.

I want to know what makeup Madonna uses

but also whose phone numbers she has in that bag.

Speaking of numbers, I actually have this in my bag.

I was going through customs

and the TSA guy gave me his number.

So I still have that in my bag.

I'm really sorry.

This is the only time I've looked at it.

So if he's watching this, I'm sorry, I never called you.

I'm not gonna expose him.

This cute Polaroid from my friend Offie.

I'd left some clothes at her house

and she sent them back in an Uber

and sent me this cute Polaroid on top.

So I kept it in my bag to remember her.

And then I have my phone, which I just got this phone

because it's smaller and I only use small bags.

So I needed to downsize my mobile to fit in here.

Always carry with me a USB

with my music and some music to DJ.

Never know when you're gonna get caught short.

And then finally I have this little quartz stone

that I got when I went to get my tarot read in New Orleans.

I remember reading it was all about work and success.

So yeah, I think it's doing its work for me right now.
