A1 Classic Airport Shuttle

I called A1 Classic Airport Shuttle and what a pleasant difference from the so called highly rated ABC Airport Shuttle (phooey!). I talked to Kumar and he was so pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend A1 Classic Airport Shuttle.

Kumar was recommended by few other families from another WhatsApp group.

As we needed to travel to the airport and had like 5-6 large bags, 3 carry on, 3hand bags and 4 ppl plus we needed a booster seat for our child, we went ahead and requested Kumar a couple of days prior to travel.
He confirmed the booking and showed up at our place like 10 minutes before the pickup time.

While I kept the bags outside my door, Kumar helped with loading all the bags in his minivan.
He had got the booster seat as well, so we didn't really have to carry it while traveling.

Kumar also offered pickup from airport on our way back home. Called him a day prior and he was there communicating with us as we landed.
Took a while to get the bags at baggage claim.
As we got out of the airport, he was waiting there. Helped load the bags, dropped us home safely for a reasonable price.

Would highly recommend.

Very helpful if traveling to or from the airport with kids and baggage. They are on time and professional.

Finding a shuttle service to SFO from beyond the south bay is not an easy task. The ride share services do not offer reservations, or charge an extremely huge amount of money.

For a recent international trip, contacted A1 Classic Airport Shuttle. Was expecting the response to be "No, we don't service that area" but instead was given a fair quote and a reservation for a shuttle. Our driver, Kumar, showed up right on time, helped us get our (too) heavy bags loaded into the van and got us to the Airport quickly and safely. He also told us that he would be happy to pick us up when we returned. A few days before we arrived back at SFO, we contacted them for a pick-up and was able to schedule. Again, a fast and safe trip home.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Super friendly, very competitive rates, and a joy to work with.

I used them for 2 round trips this summer, once to and from SFO and the other to and from SJC. Early to the house for pick up and always there when my plane landed. Very pleasant driver, helped with the luggage.....what more can you ask for!! I always get nervous when it is an early morning pick up at the house, but these guys i now have peace of mind.

First review - Let me just jump right to it. After a long day of Thanksgiving travel, I Left my "tech" bag containing iPad Pro, Airpod Pro 2, Airpod Max, Wireless chargers.... You get the idea easily $2,000 worth of goodies. Received a call (didn't even realize it was gone yet) and photo text of the bag. Long story, long, very honest people and prompt services. I will absolutely recommend and use A1 again. Thanks guys!

We utilized A1 Classic Airport Shuttle for 8 people to/from round trip SFO airport since they have the larger vans. Their prices are reasonable and great customer service. Our driver was Kumar. He was prompt, reliable, courteous and helped us with our luggages. I requested 2 car seats: rear facing and front facing for my children and Kumar honored my request. Both times, he arrived early to pick us up. We will definitely book with A1 Classic Airport Shuttle again.

Hired A1 Classic Airport Shuttle to pick up my parents and brother at SFO. It was very easy to schedule with Shilpi. Both she and Kumar picked up my family and even went inside the Arrivals terminal when they couldn't find them outside. I will book with them again!

Fair price and prompt service, but unfriendly customer service. When I walked up to him at the airport, carrying 2 young children, the driver immediately said "Are they coming??" (referring to my husband and mother). I was so baffled by his abrupt greeting that I just said "Yes of course they are coming". At the very least, he could have introduced himself. Then when he loaded our luggage, he tossed my backpack on top of everything (my laptop was in there) and he seemed very grumpy the entire drive home and didn't say a word to us. A sad way to end a nice family vacation.

I found A1 Classic Airport Shuttle on Yelp and after reading all the reviews I decided to refer him to my Mom and the reviews written on Yelp did not disappoint us. As per my Mom, his was always on time, replies to txt and calls quickly, car is very clean. He was so helpful and very dependable. He made sure that my Mom is on time and safe to and from the airport. Now, my mom would have someone to depend on her future trips. Again, thank you for all your help.
