A1 Classic Airport Shuttle

Everything was above and beyond my expectations! I hired Kumar to pick me up at my home in San Jose and drive me to SFO to pick up my wife. I asked for a big van because my wife was arriving with 3 check in luggage's, a carry on, and 2 large dog kennels. Kumar didn't disappoint, the van was very big and had plenty of room for everything. Kumar also walked me through the airport pick up location and explained to me how to get around the place. This was a very nice favor since I wasn't familiar with the airport. He helped us load and unload all our luggage and the two dogs. Any time I need a ride to the airport or somewhere else, Kumar will be our first choice!

Kumar was recommended by few other families from another WhatsApp group.

As we needed to travel to the airport and had like 5-6 large bags, 3 carry on, 3hand bags and 4 ppl plus we needed a booster seat for our child, we went ahead and requested Kumar a couple of days prior to travel.
He confirmed the booking and showed up at our place like 10 minutes before the pickup time.

While I kept the bags outside my door, Kumar helped with loading all the bags in his minivan.
He had got the booster seat as well, so we didn't really have to carry it while traveling.

Kumar also offered pickup from airport on our way back home. Called him a day prior and he was there communicating with us as we landed.
Took a while to get the bags at baggage claim.
As we got out of the airport, he was waiting there. Helped load the bags, dropped us home safely for a reasonable price.

Would highly recommend.

Finding a shuttle service to SFO from beyond the south bay is not an easy task. The ride share services do not offer reservations, or charge an extremely huge amount of money.

For a recent international trip, contacted A1 Classic Airport Shuttle. Was expecting the response to be "No, we don't service that area" but instead was given a fair quote and a reservation for a shuttle. Our driver, Kumar, showed up right on time, helped us get our (too) heavy bags loaded into the van and got us to the Airport quickly and safely. He also told us that he would be happy to pick us up when we returned. A few days before we arrived back at SFO, we contacted them for a pick-up and was able to schedule. Again, a fast and safe trip home.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Super friendly, very competitive rates, and a joy to work with.

We utilized A1 Classic Airport Shuttle for 8 people to/from round trip SFO airport since they have the larger vans. Their prices are reasonable and great customer service. Our driver was Kumar. He was prompt, reliable, courteous and helped us with our luggages. I requested 2 car seats: rear facing and front facing for my children and Kumar honored my request. Both times, he arrived early to pick us up. We will definitely book with A1 Classic Airport Shuttle again.

Hired A1 Classic Airport Shuttle to pick up my parents and brother at SFO. It was very easy to schedule with Shilpi. Both she and Kumar picked up my family and even went inside the Arrivals terminal when they couldn't find them outside. I will book with them again!

My family and I had an excellent experience with Kumar and his shuttle service. Upon leaving, we had an early morning flight, and he was on time and very helpful. We also reserved shuttle service on our return. We had some major delays on our return, and Kumar was patient and was there to take us home. We really appreciated his kind service traveling with many kids!! We will be using his services much more!!

Recently Kumar dropped us and again picked up from SFO to San jose. He was punctual and replied to msgs. Infact during pickup from SFO, out baggage got delayed by almost 45 mins - 1 hour, but still Kumar waited and dropped us off.

Excellent service from Kumar and his dear wife. They were early to arrive at our house. They helped us load ALL of our 8 checked in luggages and 2 carry ons. The drive was very smooth. They avoided all traffic going to SFO. They are trustworthy and honest. I highly reccommend them. 5 stars!

Kumar was just wonderful. He arrived at our home early to pick us up. He paid attention to the roads at all times and drove at the speed limit and safely. When he picked us up at S.F.O. he was early again and was helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use him and recommend him to my family and friends. He is also priced fairly and trustworthy. I give him 5 stars!!

I canvassed around looking for a shuttle service to SJC from Milpitas for my family for a vacation we were taking to Pittsburgh. Kumar came back with a very reasonable price for both drop off and return. Pick up was at 5am and he was prompt. We were a family of 6 plus a baby and we fit everything including all luggage, a stroller and a car seat.

If that service wasn't enough, our return flight was delayed multiple times AND my brother in law, whose family came with us on this trip, forgot to schedule a return shuffle for himself, so I called Kumar and he was happy go provide a second van for his family. Kumar kept tabs on our flight information and also kept in contact with me as soon as we arrived. He was ready and waiting with the 2 vans after a six hour delay.

His patience and customer service is commendable. I'd definitely recommend his services. He does a great job.
