Jason from Home Doctor was awesome for my Bosch dishwasher diagnostic and repair!

He come next day right on time and was super patient, explaining all his expertise and knowledge about my dishwasher. He didn't just fix the error code 24 but also teach me maintenance tips to prevent similar problems in the future. He explained what usually goes bad in those dishwashers and suggested how to improve its installation to help with maintenance.

So he not just got me a fish - he taught me fishing basics too! Highly recommend Jason for his thorough and thoughtful service!

Sadly the fridge was not really curable, but Arthur gave me honest feedback that compressor is about to die and they can technically fix it but purchasing new fridge is a better option.

He was also on-time arrival and explained well.

Requested for a consultation and estimate for my rental unit combo washer drier unit. Eugene was easy to communicate to. Arrived same day. Made quick test. Identified problem and next day fixed noise of our drier and helped with cleaning the washer. All process from booking appointment to final result was easy and quick. Prices were competitive to other quotes received. Service was perfect. Highly recommended.

The owner came and was very patient as the tenants did not immediately come to the door. However, I was quoted $2000 for a fridge compressor replacement, while competing businesses provided me with a $1100-1250 quote, all included.

The other reviews stated "reasonable prices," and based on promptness and reliability I'd go with this company.... certainly the owner was quite nice. I just wanted to share this experience specifically for refrigerators, as perhaps that is not this company's specialty.

Responded to my request promptly and was able to schedule me in same day. The tech repaired my washing machine and replaced the broken router position cable. Would recommend!

This company was fast to respond and had a $50 consultation for an estimate. Arthur was easy to talk to and concluded that my water line on the fridge was frozen. He said we could do it the cheap way or he could take my door apart. I chose to get out my hair dryer to thaw the water line. He suggested to turn down the freezer temperature. It's good to know that vertical door freezers, often the water line runs in the freezer door. Thaw it occasionally! Thank you Arthur!

Arthur showed up right on time in the repair window with parts needed for the repair based on my description of the problem. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the repair on the spot, without having to order additional parts or make a second trip. Impressively, he managed to do the repair in the tight laundry room area. Will definitely use Arthur again if I ever run into any similar appliance issues!! Repair was good value for the money, especially considering that he got it done same-day on a Sunday!
