Alex was a skilled professional who knew what he was doing. His diagnosis was correct, and the diagnostic fee was less than most at $90.00. He was able to find replacement parts for our 16-year-old Kenmore dishwasher within a day. There were no hidden or unexpected costs, or attempts to trade us up after the estimate. His dedication and skill were first rate, as was his honesty.
In my experience, it's rare to find honest and reliable tradespeople like Alex who are true to their word. I wouldn't hesitate to call on L-One Appliance Repair again.

L-One tech quickly diagnosed and repaired our ice machine. A month earlier, another company identified the same issue but suggested replacing the entire machine as well, quoting more than twice what L-One charged. I'm glad we waited and got a second opinion--it saved us a lot. I've kept their contact info for any future appliance repairs.
