It's interesting how this business does not have more reviews.

Matt arrived yesterday to fix our LG Washer. Prior to his arrival, we let him know that the washer would stop functioning during a wash cycle, and then it would throw a draining error in app. He was available for next day service and arrived promptly, and within moments of taking a look at our situation, he was able to tell me the estimates.

It was either going to be cleaning drain passage ways, which I hope wouldn't be the case because I had already tried that myself, or it was going to require a Drain Pump (Motor Assembly) replacement. Turned out to be the latter, and he arrived with the necessary part on hand.

When he dissembled the the washer to remove the original Drain Pump, he called me over so that I could see the difference between the old and the new pump. The original pump showed less resistance when pressed against, compared to the new pump. Makes sense.

Upon completion of the job, he mentioned that he also adjusted the standing level of our Washer + Dryer stack combo, so that it wouldn't rumble as much as before. This was a nice bonus because I wasn't aware that anything could have been done about that.

We tested it the Washer and it's working like new again, no more errors, and now there isn't as much rumbling as there was in the past. We paid for Matt's expertise, and that's what we received.

I'd personally highly recommend Plug-In Services for your Washer (and perhaps Dryer!) repair needs!

I had an issue with the ice maker in my refrigerator, first thought was Matt.
He had fixed a receptacle for my dryer, and remembered he was fast, courteous and efficient. Matt showed up promptly, opened the frig and ice maker, pulled out the ice try and solved my issue. I will continue to use Plug-In services and Matt when needed. Good job, good price..

Couple days ago, Matt came in to check our HVAC as our attic unit stopped blowing air to the vents. Even though it was too hot in the attic, he seems very dedicated and remained calm. Few minutes later, he had diagnosed the problem (burnt control board) and gave us a quote. It was very reasonable so we pursued the repair. He went out for an hour to buy the parts and continued the repair for another hour or so. Then finally, AC is back working again!! Everything went well and even advised us on some tips on how to get more air out from one of our vents. I would definitely recommend Plug-In Services. Will sure hire them again in case of any repair services needed in the future. Thank you, Matt! :)

Matt was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnosis my dryer issue within 5 minutes of his arrival and came back a few hours later as committed to bring the repaired control board. I will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other repair needs.

I used their services to repair my Dryer. Alex visited me and attempted to repair and replace parts twice with no luck. Matt took over on the 3rd attempt and fixed the issue. The whole thing took 3 days. There was a language barrier with Alex and we could not communicate well.

Matt K is an especially polite, conscientious and competent technician and businessman. He was able to efficiently diagnose our GE Monogram oven problem- oven would stop heating (F9 error). It required a small part replacement which was efficiently ordered by his office manager Bethany on the day of his initial visit. He returned 4 days later , and within 1 hour replaced the part, completed the initial test and our oven was back in operation. Bethany was fantastic with her communication on appointment times, next steps, ETAs so I could manage my personal schedule to accommodate Matt's arrival. As a homeowner I was very impressed , this was one of the best repair experiences i have ever had. Thank you Matt and Bethany!
