2023: Blake was under center for all 11 games in 2023. Completing 186 passes on 304 attempts, Blake threw for 2905 yards, and 24 touchdowns. Blake threw for a season-high 366 yards against the College of Idaho, on September 23^rd. Blake was named 2023 All-Frontier Honorable Mention.

2022: During the 2022 season Blake saw action in 8 of the Orediggers games. Over those 8 games he completed 53.4% of his passes. On 161 passing attempts, he delivered 86 completions, accounting for 1375 passing yards, and 12 passing touchdowns. His 2022 QB rating was 144.78. On 10/1/22 vs. Northern he put up a season high 256 yards, on 10-14 passing, with 3 touchdowns. Selected as a 2nd Team All-Conference Quarterback.

2021: In 2021 Blake saw action against Montana Western (9/25/21) throwing for 105 yards, on 5-10 passing. 

2019: Redshirted at Montana State University.

High School: One of the most productive players in Montana in 2018, throwing for 3,005 yards with 28 TD passes and eight rushing scores. Second Team All-State quarterback and First Team All-State punter as a senior. Chosen to play in the Montana East West Shrine Game, as well as the Badlands Bowl. He was selected as the Great Falls Tribune State Quarterback, and the North Central male athlete of the year.

Blake also excelled in basketball. He was selected Super State, and was selected to play for Montana, in the annual Montana- Wyoming All Star game.

Blake was also selected USA Today- first team Montana.
