Fertility Treatment, Including IVF

About one in eight couples have trouble getting pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy. Fertility insurance benefits help potential parents who are struggling to conceive or carry a pregnancy to term.

Coverage through the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan includes free access to experts and nurse guides who can answer questions, help you compare your options, and provide ongoing support throughout fertility treatment. The plan pays up to $30,000 for fertility treatment over your lifetime. How much you pay is based partly on the cost level of your Primary Care Clinic. (Level 1 is less expensive than level 4.)
