We always leave the shop happy as the staff are really good, helpful, patient and go above & beyond to ensure you get what you're lookin for. Samara & emma we have got to know as we often go in the store, today we met vicki who was covering for someone & she was just as nice, friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. My 9 year old wanted his Ear pierced. Seen reccomendations about Kirby on Facebook. So we went to try and Kirby did not disappoint, she was fantastic from start to finish. Explained to my son the whole process which calmed his nerves and was quick and easy. Definitely reccomend Kirby to everyone who wants their ears pierced

Took my 9yr old to H Samuel branch Stockport and would like to give a massive shout out to Leah who was fantastic throughout the whole process for my daughter who was alittle bit upset and apprehensive to begin with. Online cancellation process is terrible, well actually none existent. I purchased a necklace but needed to cancel before dispatch but was informed this can’t be done (at all) and I would need to actually return the item, such a strange way to handle things. I’m left with an unwanted item on the way which I need to return for a refund, what a waste of time effort and delivery. Why not simply allow an order to be cancelled before it’s shipped?

Item still NOT received! Birthday gift Very late!!!! It started off by them sneaking in an Express delivery charge of £4.95 during the payment of £228. purchase and charged delivery! Had to wait til Friday for delivery. I waited in all day for it. The Dx Express said they tried to deliver and left a card. They lied! No one came and ring door bell and house cameras confirmed this. They don’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday and next deliver is Tuesday 20th. NOT impressed! Will not use H Samuel going forward. They can’t deliver birthday gifts in time!

Was over from Sweden for a family holiday and went in to the MK store. Was met by Tanya and explained my son was looking for a dress watch. This company just stole over $5000 out of our business account in Australia. Our bank is investigating them, as they hacked into our account and did four transactions. They are criminals. SCAM ARTISTS!
