I can't recommend Digital Influence highly enough. We have only been with them for a couple of weeks and the results they have achieved for us are truly amazing, and instantaneous. To be fair...we are still in a learning phase with DI, where they are getting to understand our business and market. However, if these early results are anything to go by...then I can't wait to see what they can achieve for us in the future. Their results have been so good...I have increased our Ad spend by 50% to get even better results.

🌟1. Depends on why you're demoing in the first place! Awareness, construction/confirmation, sales, information... Ultimately the best demos are the ones where you make genuine connections with your consumers - this is when you receive the most honest, unbiased feedback. and highest likelihood of purchase. 🌟2. The number of interactions isn't always important - its WHO you are able to interact with. While busy demos are exciting, meaningful interactions matter most. Even slow, disheartening demos can be just as beneficial as bustling ones (depending on the demonstrator's attitude and if they can take it. 😉) 🌟3. Never forget: 10 customers who will continue to purchase your brand each week for years is better than 100 who only purchase once. Cultivate loyal customers who repeatedly choose your brand. Increases in the avg. LTV of your consumers is truly a metric for successful demos and where the largest % of demo ROI lies. 🌟4. Consider every single interaction is a first-hand opportunity to keep your finger on the pulse of consumers trends and improve your skills as a spokesperson for your brand. An uninspired, uninformed demonstrator makes the demo for naught and decreases authenticity.
Question for you: how do you determine if a demo is successful from a sales perspective? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Providing some background information on our product: a single serving sachet sells for $9.99 (yes, we are a premium product 😊). During a 3-hour demo period, we typically sell an average of 20 units. After my team was acquired along with Vincere, my new boss commented on my team’s ‘showmanship’… 😱 Now, me being the northern shrinking violet that I am, immediately responded with: “Get stuffed”. But then I got back in my box and thought about it. On reflection, it was a huge compliment and something we deliberately created, it didn’t happen by accident. Not surprising our win rate was 77% and it wasn’t unusual for senior reps to over deliver on annual quotas in excess of £1m ARR. Sales methodology is vital. Rigour is the only way to scale, but whatever you do 🙏🏻 Don’t forget to put on a great show for your prospects. #sales

Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. I am not surprised, I have found that many brokerages have internal rules to maximize revenue, at the expense of the customer. The broker responsible for obtaining the relationship gets the commission with no way to share the commission with a specialist. This resulted in a multimillion-dollar settlement for failure to properly procure a particular type of necessary policy. Why would the expert consult if he wasn't going to share in the Revenue? The firm preferred doing business directly with insurance companies so as to maximize the commission income. Other carriers, requiring a Wholesaler, could have provided the policy coverage needed. These brokerages accept policy forms as written, and don't get correcting endorsements, a failure to provide the security a client might need. Example: the most commonly used definition in a claims made and reported policy form is: 1 a written demand letter 2 a lawsuit 3 commencement of an administrative or governmental proceeding. Note that none of the above requires knowledge of receipt by the insured, how does one report something they don't know about? Those brokers and intermediaries that are concerned about providing financial security don't make these mistakes and can win every time.
