Nick came and checked our Bosch microwave oven which lost power. Our microwave oven is built into our cabinet. Nick removed the microwave oven from the cabinet and fixed the loose power cord and our microwave works again. Since we had the microwave door switch replaced in late January of this year, our microwave was still covered under the service warranty so there was no service charge. We appreciate the service Nick provided.

I called on a Friday evening and the owner responded immediately. He sent Nick out the next morning to fix our freezer which is a samsung that repair companies often don't fix. Nick was prompt courteous and very skilled! He fixed it in no time and left the place spotless

We needed to get our Kenmore stove and oven fixed and not only did Nick do an amazing job and was really honest with us, but he helped us learn how to not cause the issue again. We also had him look at our freezer which had frozen over and he was able to fix this as well with his steamer and then fixed the lining in our fridge to prevent the freezing issue from happening again. My dishwasher stopped draining, with the drain pump making a whirring noise and doing nothing. Nick came out and cleared the clog. After he left, I went to run it, to finish clearing out the debris. I noticed he hadn't plugged it back in. I plugged it back in, ran it, and discovered 20 minutes later that it had flooded the kitchen. Now it was already 9pm on a Friday night when he finished. We were both tired, and I have to take responsibility for not testing it before he left.

He came back the next day, discovered there was a flaw in the overflow line from the original installation, and the disposal inherited the clog he freed up from the dishwasher. It took him another 90 minutes, but he got it working, replaced the overflow thing (valve? hose?), and even looked at a problematic outlet for the disposal. Despite the rocky start, I have to give them 5 stars.

Technician Nick came the same day I called for service. My Miele dishwasher would not drain and somehow while he diagnose what could had happened, my dishwasher started to work. Their diagnostic fee is pretty fair and their response to my service request was quick. Will definitely call them back if I need any future appliance repair. Thank you!

Nick, a very nice guy was unable to fix our 20+ year old Kenmore 80 washing machine, that has never had any problem in those 20+ years.
After watching some you tube videos on the Sears kenmore, I think that the problem is probably the clutch. He thought it was a motor problem, but the motor works fine.
I think a good question to ask is have they ever fixed your specific model before and it they did what was wrong with it.

Nick, our technician was VERY polite and awesome!!!! We had a build up of ice on our double door freezer. He took his time and we did not have to order new parts:) All this occurred the day before Thanksgiving. We are forever grateful for the honesty of this company. Something seldom seen these days.
