We bought a dryer that didn't work. The team provided me with a detailed quote and came over on short notice. Nikita, our technician was super nice and worked very hard to figure out the issue. We ended up having a broken circuit breaker that had been discontinued. It took some time to find but Nikita followed up as soon as he was able to install it. Great service, great price! We found our new appliance/electrician.

Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The only good things we can say about them was that they responded quickly, were able to come out quickly and were perfectly pleasant (which definitely counts for something). However, after coming out (for which they charged us $80), they basically said, run the dishwasher (which we already said we did a couple of times) and if the cycle doesn't complete (which we again said it didn't) they will have to order and replace the Zeolite Fan for which they quoted $353.00.

This didn't quite sound right to us so we did some research online and found that what was actually happening was that the water was leaking into the fan due to a crack in the fill tube that was very clearly visible when we looked (picture attached). The fill tube cost $30 for us to order and we replaced it quickly and that fixed the problem. The diagnostician missed this obvious crack and would have charged us to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced and wouldn't have fixed the problem.

Bottom line, our $80 was a complete waste of money and we didn't even get proper service for their "diagnostics." Anyone can make a mistake but this seemed like a pretty big miss.

I had a broken washing machine, so I obtained quotations from a couple of places. This Appliance Repairman responded the fastest with the cheapest diagnostic cost of $60. I contacted Vitalli on Monday, and everything was fixed by Tuesday. I'm very happy with the service! He went to buy the new part and fixed everything on the same day. I recommend Vitalli to anyone in the Bay Area

In my case I had to convert my grill to natural gas. This involved multiple trips to the homedepot, which they went and got parts which are not with me. They also got the solution tailor made to my grill when the factory parts did not work. These guys know what they do, cost effective, punctual and reliable.
