Really needed the 9ct gold necklace…

Really needed the 9ct gold necklace extender quickly formy daughters wedding- despite order late in day on Friday received early Saturday in time for the wedding. Very happy with the quick turnaround and service.

Next day delivery was fantastic

Next day delivery was fantastic. Products were as displayed and my wife was absolutely delighted, so much so she wanted to add the matching pendant. She phoned up and BB agreed to supply at the cost we would have paid if we had bought the full set originally. Top quality customer service.

Wonderful service from Kerrie

Wonderful service from Kerrie, Molly and the Team at Tag Heuer. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure my watch fit correctly. My daughter Natasha and I were so happy with the service and would certainly recommend Tag Heuer at Beaverbrooks to anyone. Many Thanks ARHall

9ct gold Huggies

Nice pretty earrings and quick delivery. Nicely packaged. Returned as prefer if the cubic zirconia was a colour rather than white. Quick and easy return and communication good. Would definitely use Beaverbrooks again

Beautiful Jewellery and A* Customer Service

I ordered a silver locket on Saturday evening and it arrived Sunday morning. I have previously purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Beaverbrooks, and I love the quality of the jewellery and the fantastic customer service.

Over the years we have bought multiple…

Over the years we have bought multiple items from Beaverbrooks. They are expensive but their products are nice.
However, on a few occasions we have felt that their aftercare is not all that great.
Recently my wife lost a diamond from her ring, Fortunately we found it. Today she went to Beaverbrooks to have the diamond re-set. Beaverbooks quoted £750 for this repair. Of course we expected to pay some money for it, but this is amount is absurd. Beaverbrook have lost a loyal costumer

Wondering shopping experience.

Ordered a lovely Vivienne Westwood watch. The packaging was beautiful with plenty of information on care, the model’s specifications and warranty. I couldn’t be happier.

To Hull and back and back again…

Bought a watch online for my wife’s birthday and the delivery was fine. However, I needed it altering and the leaflet stated that I could either post it with the measurement strip which would take 48 hours to return or I could take it in to the nearest store and they would sort it out. My nearest store is in Hull, 25 miles away, the store informed me that it would take up to 4 weeks just for the extra links to arrive in store and then I’d have to book an appointment to have them fitted. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or talking about and weren’t very helpful.

I tried to order online only had to call the Customer Service team but they were so helpful, reassuring and informative. Nothing was too much trouble - and it was a bother as payment was split across 3 gift cards!
Beautiful jewellery, so much choice on the website and in the shop and truly caring staff. What more could you need from a jeweller?

Me and my Fiancé went into the shop in…

Me and my Fiancé went into the shop in Stratford on the 23/4/24 to try on rings we saw a similar ring design online and it was just there in the shop window. The customer service was excellent they didn’t push the hard sell and we went away to think about it. Other than issues with the sizes and delivery time which we received a £200 gift card for the customer service was exceptional, they really got to know us as a couple and the ring really looks phenomenal

5* Customer Service

Nick from Customer Services was excellent throughout my purchase. There were a number of problems and delays, all due to the item supplier brand, not Beaverbrooks. Throughout this Nick was helpful, responsive and cheerful, keeping me fully appraised of the situation. Because of this i would have no hesitation at all in recommending Beaverbrooks, and would definitely use them again. Thank you Nick!
