Kerry Katona cancels Las Vegas wedding plans after daughters intervene
Kerry Katona has been forced to cancel her wedding to Ryan Mahoney in Las Vegas, almost four years after getting engaged to the personal trainer.
Kerry Katona has had to call off her Las Vegas wedding plans. The 43-year-old singer had previously revealed that she and her fiance Ryan Mahoney were planning to say their vows in Sin City, nearly four years after their engagement.
However, it seems those plans have been scrapped after her daughters Molly and Lilly expressed their disapproval.
Previously, Kerry had shared that Ryan wasn't interested in a flashy wedding and the pair had decided to "p*** off to Las Vegas," with her children for the ceremony. But almost four years after the proposal, they are now reassessing their plans.
"Ryan and I were looking to go to Vegas to finally get married," Kerry penned in her OK! Magazine column.
She continued: "Molly and Lilly said 'Don't you dare do that without us,' I told them they'd already been at too many of my weddings. That put those plans on the back burner, so I think we're going to Mexico now. I just want somewhere really relaxing, especially after our stressful house move," reports the Mirror.

Kerry Katona has previously shared her unconventional wedding plans, stating: "I'm just going to p**s off to Vegas, not tell anybody. Just me, Ryan and the kids, and do it there. Well, I've done every other kind of wedding, so I've got to come up with new ideas on what to do!"
The former Atomic Kitten singer met her current partner, Ryan, on the dating app Bumble and believes he's 'the one' after three failed marriages. However, she's in no rush to walk down the aisle again.

In a previous interview, Kerry said: "He's lovely. But I'm in no rush to get married. If I was to get pregnant, and I'm not trying to, it would be a miracle but I would go along with. I don't think that's going to happen though. I probably am going to get my eggs frozen and we'll p*** off to Las Vegas with just the children to get married. Ryan's not a 'show-boaty' kind of guy anyway."
While a Vegas wedding might not be on the cards, Kerry has admitted that she and Ryan are keen to have a child together. Speaking to the Mirror last year, she expressed her reservations about getting married again, saying: "I've done the big weddings, I've done all that I still get triggered, it still scares me a bit."
