Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is mostly used as a knowledge database, we put in case studies, scenarios, templates, how-to's and help docs and also some internal employee information

Pros

  • Search
  • Tagging
  • Authentication

Cons

  • Suggesting integrations
  • building cards
  • productivity
  • Reduced tech stack
  • Reduced Support debt
  • Reduced need for repetitive questions
Its search functionality, its tagging capability as well authentication, security and compliancy are 2nd to none! Where I feel Guru falls a tiny bit short is not everything about it is super intuitive such as building out cards. But it is very reliable and consistent, you can be confident if you set up your cards or groups correctly it will do the job.
Guru wins when it comes to search, ease of use, gating content and segmenting flows for who sees what and what gets recommended with other cards.

Do you think Guru delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Guru's feature set?

Yes

Did Guru live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Guru go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Guru again?

Yes

In companies in tech it be useful, or generally companies with lots of teams and different protocols. Generally not useful for simple products. Being able to share knowledge, empower staff and make it easier for other people to do their job is where it comes out on top. On smaller teams, under 5 people, it be a bit less useful.
