Overall, it's a great tool and base. Not a ten yet, as I think the search engine still needs to learn a few more keywords - I struggle to find specific cards because I can't remember their title and sometimes want to search by a keyword, but it doesn't always work. The card management side, not sure if this can be improved or it's just user laziness, but a mote impactful reminder rather than a billion notifications that we all end up ignoring after the 3rd one.

The permissions and some search filters can definitely improve. The articles and visibility as well, since the rollbars need to be scrolled in a somewhat stiff window. Zooming in or out doesn't seem to do the trick. The overall UX is pretty great but definitely has some room for improvement.

I gave it this rating because it is extremely easy to use and maneuver when it comes to needing information at the drop of a hat. It can definitely help with any issues you have and need at a moments notice. I recommend it in sticky situations where you need it.

usability in general is very good in guru, however it is necessary to improve its interface, to make it easier to locate each specific card. On the other hand, you can search by keywords, which also helps a lot, as well as being able to favorite the card you want.

Guru is easy to use once you can acclimate with it, and get a feel for the lay of the land. It does have a somewhat steep learning curve for new users, or agents that have not gotten previous experience with similar knowledge base solutions. It is easy to navigate and find cards, easy to tag and update tags, and it is a breeze to update or create entire cards. The text based formatting helps keep guiderails for syntax and helps maintain a professional, but not too wordy tone.

Guru is easy to use, accessible and obvious, it integrates greatly with other software relevant to our teams, it's Chrome extension is also very useful, admin can easily understand how to use its features and is also very easy to share privileges or limit a card privacy, this makes Guru very safe to use

Usability is great. Really user friendly so there is very little internal training required. The main point you have to get across to your teams is just to use it, and stop using google docs and notes apps.

It is a great tool, makes my every day work a lot easier and provides me with the independence of finding information on my own, that I, otherwise, would have to ask a collegue for. I gave a 9 because sometimes I have a hard time using certain feature with it, such as the AI search tool.

The ease of navigations has helped very much. The ease of searching the correct cards for appropriate cases has been very efficient. The way the searches show up from the closest relatable keyword you searched has opened up choices to pick the most suitable card you'd need for a specific case.

Because Guru is not complicated to use. Actually, its very user-friendly and you do have all information displayed just for you in a clean interface, that is not messy or too simple. Editing and creating templates, along with other tools provided by Guru, also makes our professional lives much easier, as we have better time management and resource allocation - once ready, we make use of that knowledge material and we don't need to write it several times from the beginning - we just have to update it.

I give this rating because even if I love using Guru, sometimes it has bugs that get me somehow mad. It is a good tool, but it does have some issues that we can consider "easy" to solve and it isn't solved until now.
For example > Pages going blank after clicking the "I read" button or opening 2 different cards at once and one of them never stops loading.

It's very easy to use, the Chrome extension makes it available on different pages an scenarios and it's integration to Slack and ZenDesk make it available in every aspect of my work.

Plus it recommends specific cards for the topic you're reviewing and sometimes it nails it, although that could be improved.

Usability is very easy. It is easy to navigate, it is easy to search, it is easy to have things categorized. It is even very easy to create a card. Our team here, whether it is administrators creating cards or employees viewing cards, are accessing this system routinely. Our whole company is on this platform throughout the day. I have my Guru tab up on a browser throughout the day, I never delete the tab until the end of the day. I like to have it handy and ready to use. It is one of my most frequent websites - it is that critical.
