Everything from training to processes and new systems. The team has full visibility of different areas of work. We are a 12-space coworking company, and the biggest challenge is keeping everyone informed. Guru helps us create an encyclopedia for the business and makes it easier to point our colleagues in the right direction. As part of the Facilities team, we must work with many contractors; Guru has helped us organize information and collaborate with some IT contractors, ensuring we have the right information.

  • Ability to associate other guru cards in one card.
  • Page layout is very user friendly and organized.
We use Guru cards as a tool to keep a team of over 60 updated on processes in different areas/ industries. This is a great directory of knowledge and very useful for a wide spectrum of users. The biggest struggle is when we request verification for older cards, they tend to be ignored or forgotten about. The notifications get a bit accumulated.

Guru is used for our knowledge base, solving issues for our live cases, and helping the community update their sharing. I have to access it daily so I can check new procedures and expand my product awareness. It's a powerful tool for gathering an ever-changing work ethic and a giant user pool streaming service.

Overall: Amazing and life-changing. It's like having a specialist by your side every time. Pros: It's really reassuring to have a huge, daily updated knowledge base to check and solve all my doubts. This products helps our business find solutions to problems that may come up and that you may not know about. It uses advanced AI to help with any issues we may encounter, and helps us know exactly what we need to know when it comes to live interactions especially. I would highly recommend this program

I work as Customer Experience at Spotify, so I help customers with payment problems and problems with the app. Guru serves as a database, helping me follow the correct flows and troubleshooting. there is our own team that publishes these cards on Guru, and updates whenever necessary. There may be information about unauthorized access by hackers, how to follow up when there is a specific payment problem or how to send the appropriate security information to customers

the platform is very good to use as a database for a specific product, so it is not necessary to call leaders on a topic. This requires a more employee-friendly layout. I believe that otherwise the platform is very good at what it does, but it fails in this aspect

This software serves as a knowledge base for our company, we pour our workflows into the different Guru cards they need to be to keep them, from there we can update when needed and give access to each of the involved teams, this allows for easy sharing and limiting of the content.

We have a software with a lot of features. With that, comes a lot of use cases and configurations that we need to keep track of. Everyone had their own personal version of an internal knowledge base, like the Notes app or a Google Doc. Guru allows us to share all of that knowledge effectively, especially for things that we don't necessarily want to publish for customers. We can add cards and edit cards really easily and then it's there for everyone to use and see. We also keep internal process docs in Guru which are easier to find and keep track of than Google Docs.

Guru is awesome for an internal knowledge base. The permissions are great and it's easy to add cards through Slack or from Chrome. It's also easy to edit and collaborate on cards which is helpful for our company size. It doesn't fit our needs for external facing education.

At Kepler, we have a 'Guru-first' mentality - meaning that if you have a question, Guru should ALWAYS be the first place you look before reaching out directly to someone. I use Guru to find answers to the customer queries as Guru consist of each and every updates and new about the product in a simplistic way. In my opinion Guru card are helping many business to solve the problems their customers are having on their end. Guru made my day to day tasks easier.

Guru has the company's products and services topics that serve employees or customers, respectively. It makes my job more convenient as this tools was able to give a proper guideline and steps on how to resolve customers issue. A straightforward knowledge base design features intuitive navigation that makes it effortless to get answers.

I need to know if the customer is saying the truth or not. By using Guru, it helps me with the investigation which it was able to provide what documentation I need to gather. Guru already have an option what are the next steps to process if the customer concern is just an allegation or valid.

I use Guru to work every day, I used to give support in customer service. We have many useful internal articles that help us to run the company and projects in a better way. Guru is friendly and easy to use and it is an awesome helper. I really recommend it to use it on internal information and data.

Guru is basically our bread and butter. We use Guru everyday as our knowledge base and we are highly dependent on all it's contents. The best thing about Guru is how easy it is to switch between cards. The scope of my cases range from simple can't login to a more complex technical issues. All of which I get the resolution from Guru.
  • Card updates are swift and easy to browse.
  • The card update history is really helpful.
  • The links and hyperlinks in cards are easy to use.
Guru is best used in time of live issues as Guru is very easy to access and update so advisors could follow instructions during a live issue. Also, I've never experienced Guru having any downtimes which I thing is really cool. I don't think there are any circumstances that Guru is not helpful at all.

We use it as a data base - basically everything is there. I personally never used Guru until a year ago and my life is definitely changed. I recommend it to all the companies in this world, a really cool experience overall.

We use Guru for creating the content that will be helpful for gathering the information. It is very easy to use as a viewer and as an administrator for creating the content. We create the Guru cards for tags. In addition, it is helpful that Guru integrates with other platform as the Slack for communication. And one of the features that I liked is that there is internal AI that helps to search and find information. We use Guru to create the tags inside the cards in order to explain how our system works as a Support for customers and drivers.

The scenario is well suited to my experience, where we created the cards for better understanding and managing the internal information. But the lack thing is the AI. We use it mainly as a knowledge base - it helps to be a source of truth for the sales org, so they know where to go to look for info. It can also be verified so we ensure we keep info up to date - on other platforms this was harder to do.

Guru is a great place to keep content for our annual kick off events - people can come back to it, and easily recap content. We refer to it in our onboarding materials, which makes it easier to keep up to date - as soon as we update the Guru card, the content stays fresh.

Well, here we work with knowledge. We need to teach new employees how the product works and how they will help our customers - as soon as they get in touch. We needed an app in which we could store a considerable amount of knowledge, an app that would provide us with the means to write down that knowledge in a format that worked for our teaching purposes. An app whose interface was visually pleasing and user-friendly. And we have all of this in Guru. It was much harder before it, but now we can work properly and our numbers grew a lot after implementing this tool.

When you want to teach something to someone else. I do this weekly during coaching sessions, I use the tools that Guru provides me to teach my collaborators about the content implemented here by Spotify. And lastly, Guru is less appropriate to display of information related to its use. We have the Analytics option, but it's not as complete or user-friendly as the rest of Guru, unfortunately. Because of this, we end up having to access other places to extract the information we need.

In my organization, I use Guru as a knowledge base since all the guidelines and flows that the company uses are in there.
As a Quality Analyst, I need to check if the advisors are following the correct processes and then Guru comes in action due to that everyday.
Not only that, but it's how I can check if some Live Issue is going on or if we'll be having any updates soon.

As a Quality Analyst, I need to use Guru daily and it's my main tool of work. It helps me in understanding the company guidelines to help my own advisors and give proper feedback to them when it's needed.
Not only that, Guru has also helped me when I was an advisor and the way we can find things in a fast way is definitely a bonus point as we support customers "on live".

We use Guru as a knowledge bank, our business and policies are constantly changing and therefore the need to keep our workflows updating are changing as well, so Guru enables us to make those changes quickly and sharing the Cards with the teams instead of making individual outreaches, everyone can check the cards and see the changes and continue referencing them to allow for a standarized workflow.

It's great when you need to make a workflow the stardad and make it available for a big team of analysts, it can be reviewed async.

When a Guru card hasn't been updated in a specific time it can then be considered unverified, it may be complicated to keep them updated and to ask questions to the staff memberwho made the changes.

As a growing business, we are also growing in the number of people, inner organizations, features and domains. We need to access knowledge better than asking people. We need knowledge to be available across teams and domains. We need the knowledge to be accessible. This is why we started using Guru as our knowledge-sharing platform.

Here are some scenarios Guru is suitable for:
* If your organization is growing.
* If you have a lot of hard-to-find, evergreen documents.
* If your documents need verification.

I would not recommend Guru for very small organizations, that don't need a platform for knowledge-sharing

We used Guru as our knowledge based. We use it daily for our operation in assisting our customers when it comes to our policies and process. We based all of our information in Guru and it was making our work more easy and more faster to provide the necessary information needed.

Guru is a place in our company where employees can access knowledge on our policies and standard operating procedures. It is an encyclopedia of our operations. It allows employee to have access to any and all questions they may have for themselves or from clients. The platform also holds step by step instructions, manuals, pictures, and downloadable client facing materials for all of our employees to access.

I can't imagine working without this tool. If I didn't have this tool I would have to call/email people and then wait on them and their schedule to respond. This tool allows me to have access to all the answers of questions I come across. I use this tool daily and can't imagine how much slower my work would be without it. This allows me to complete work faster and more accurately!
